I was looking for so many different softwares to help manage social media and I came across great reviews for Zoho Social. It is very intuitive and includes instragram (which is not a given for most of these softwares). Its fairly easy to work with however when posting on instagram it wouldn't do it directly from Zoho. I don't know why this is but it creating unecessary extra work. Nonetheless, considering the price it has great features
The process of posting on instagram is not as smooth as the others. When posting on twitter, many times it says an error ocurred and it does not post.

The user interface is good, easy to understand.
With limited options in my opinion. Like you can schedule your Instagram Stories with storrito.com and you can't with Zoho Social and the same situation with other features. Another point I don't like, don't offer a phone number to contact the support department, you only can write in a form. Make no sense for a pay service.

Zoho is a great system, It has a nice way to show when would be best to post and keeps me up to date on how many followers I have and have gained. I also like that I can post to all my medias at the same time.
I dislike that I wasn't aware that it was only a free trial. It would be great if they had a totally free version. It would be even better if they had a version for kids who have just started a business.
It's solving my having to post every day at the best possible time. I also realized that zoho has many other features that I might like to use.
Well laid out, the design - UI... Simple, easy to use. Great ability for scheduling.
There is NO ability to post to LinkedIn that allows you to post a complete image --- you only get to post a THUMBNAIL --- and who wants a thumbnail showing up in a news feed? Not me. You want the real image --- not a postage-size thumbnail that is so small on a mobile phone. It's useless until LinkedIn allows this integration, a waste of time. We spent more time posting on LinkedIn since we didn't want a postage stamp post. Same thing with Facebook... You want to credit the company you are writing about in your Facebook post... How can you do that if the Zoho Social platform does not allow you to hover over the "@companyname' after you publish on Facebook? So, in other words, if someone is reading your post they can't hover over the company name to instantly view its synopsis... This is horrible. Why it can't be done I haven't a clue. But without this KEY feature ---- it is another sad waste of time. Until Zoho Social can get these two KEY CRITICAL features resolved, I don't know why someone would continue to use it. These are very important features in our experience. We do hope they figure it out as it would then create a seamless platform that integrates with an otherwise AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL extremely powerful Zoho system!!!

I like how efficiently it works and how easy it is to use
I hate the price of the payments and wish they would allow you to use more accounts. Plus I hate that issues with Instagram if the photo is not just right.
This is great for time management when you do not have to manually post to Instagram because the program failed to load.
I liked how user friendly the service was and its ease of use.
After paying for several months of service I decided to switch to a free plan as they didn't currently offer the services I needed. I had about 6 holiday posts scheduled at the time. Without any warning those posts because 'unscheduled' and were lost. I spend a long time creating them and would've appreciated some warning or better yet, for them to go up since they had already been scheduled. Since their free plan doesn't allow that I guess they got bumped.
Social Media Management
I like the ease of use. I've been looking for a service that will reuse my content on a continual basis. Zoho almost has that option but there's a cap on it. I can schedule a post to recur every month for six months.
It's advertised on their website that they have an option to pay with Paypal. I emailed them, and first of all it takes them half a day to several days to answer. Secondly, they have been giving me the run around for days now with no way to pay with Paypal. They have not actually answered any of my emails in about 4 days now.
I can't solve any problems with Zoho if they keep refusing to take my money using Paypal.
