Xero is understandable as a progrma, offers a lot of facilities through tips and tricks. Can easily generate reports upon neccesity. It can be easily integrated with banks and other applications. You can access from everywhere and whenever.

Customer service through tickets. I personally would prefer a straight contact number

Xero at the moment solves all of our problems. I used to have difficulties in project tracking costs but through tracking categories I can even track the project phases too.

I am more exposed to Xero because most of are clients are migrating from another accounting software to Xero. I am the one who set up the Xero account of our new client and the process of migrating data.

I have nothing to dislike about Xero because this is the main platform I am using everyday.

It solves a lot especially when you can import file in a bulk order.

Not much. It's not cheap, especially in the multicurrency version.

Above all I'd say it saves time and workload in accounting.
