I love the user-friendly interface of Wix. As a web development company, we recommend Wix to many of our clients because it is straightforward to manage and edit the website using there drag and drop builder.

There is nothing much to dislike about it, but they can improve their tools to offer better website SEO. Other than that, I think there is always room for improvement in every website builder.

Making an E-Commerce website is a complex job. Many tools must be put together to make it fully functional, but with Wix, it can all happen with drag and drop, saving time.

Wix, like all softwares and programs does have some downsides. In the past 12 months Wix changed the way the pages are created in the editor and added sections rather than the previous way of one running page. It has been a learning curve as I was used to the previous way of doing things.

With Wix Awesome features and premade templates, I can create multiple landing pages and make necessary changes when required. So that I can focus more on other things to improve the business revenue.

The price is a tad steep. I had issues with payment acceptance turning off unprompted.

The Cons - - Although many templates are present but many are recitative or there is only one star template in the genre and others are bad - Never buy domains from it they are very expensive.

It has a lot of flexibility for design solutions; there are little constraints. At the same time, there are enough built in features which restrict design such that the platform is easy to use. It is very versatile; whether one is a complete novice or an experienced designer, building a website is easy, one doesn't run into many limitations.

Pretty much the only thing I've come across is twofold: first, info popups are not easy to design, and second, it's not possible currently to float certain sections over other sections. But these are not major problems at all.

I just loved the Wix ADI feature that allows you to create a website theme, structure, and design by providing basic details like business or brand name, sector, etc.

Wix ADI has some limitations in terms of fully utilizing the feature Wix offers hence you need to go for Wix Editor. The disappointing thing is you can't go back to the ADI but Editor provides a lot more flexibility to fine-tune your website.
