Wir sind bei einer Markrecherche auf Userlike gestoßen und waren von der Bedienbarkeit überzeugt. Natürlich war für uns als StartUp auch der Preis ein ausschlaggebender Grund. Die Einrichtung und Installation von Userlike ist super easy und ohne großes einarbeiten zu verstehen.
Da wir die Software noch nicht allzu lange nutzen, ist mir noch nichts negatives aufgefallen.
Wir schaffen mit Userlike eine einfacher Möglichkeit der Kundeninteraktion. Wir hatten das Problem, dass wir wenig bis gar keine direkte Kontaktanfragen hatten. Dieses Problem beheben wir mit Userlike, da es den Kunden somit viel einfacher ermöglicht wird mit uns in Kontakt zu treten.
Userlike is easy to implement and use and has a great design. We really like the variety of different features and possibilities. They allow us to format and customize our messages individually and therefore connect better with our users. Also the Userlike-Staff was extremely friendly and always giving support. We really liked the opportunity of trying out userlike beforehand for free.
It would be great to be able to test out more features in the free try-out-version to actually check before buying if the tool fulfills all needs of the company.
With userlike we want to connect with our users in a more direct and fast way than before and improve our customer-relationship. We are now able to give customized responses to user‘s requests and help them with troubles more quickly. This service makes our overall business more valuable and interesting for customers and therefore gives our company a new boost.
I like how easy to set it is, supported by video tutorials and live chat. That's exactly what you want from a platform like this. Also gives a good amount of personalisation and options.

Very versatile and easy to work with. Love the Chat Butler function. Added value for our customers.
Nothing so far (a few days into the trial). Perhaps the only thing is that there is only 1 chat widget in the free version. We have 2 languages, so basically are forced to use the Team plan. But 29EUR still isnt that much per month.
Provides easy access to us for our customers. We hope that we can reduce the number of customers that contact us through phone. Because a chat or email can be saved and we have a backup of every contact moment with that customer. Hopefully it will improve our conversion rate as well.

man hat einen guten Überblick, auf welcher Seite die Anfragenden gerade sind und wo es wohl klemmt oder mit welchen Erwartungen sie sich melden. Das gesamte Look-and-feel ist sehr angenehm.
Der Chat-Button hat bei uns oft ein wichtiges Feld bzw. einen wichtigen eigenen Button überdeckt. Die Seite des Buttons zu wechseln ist nicht sinnig, da er rechts gelernt ist. Leider kann man nicht die Höhe des Buttons anpassen - das wäre eine Lösung gewesen.
Wir sind ein Eventbranchenverzeichnis und konnten mit Userlike Kundenanfragen beantworten.

Easy to install in Shopware. The dashboard is user friendly and easy to set up a chatbox.
Chats in the chat panel close automatically after the customer quits. I would like to close them myself.
With Userlike it's eassier to contact with our customers.
The actual look and feel and customisation you could make out of the box is really good. The options for how it looks on the page are fairly modern. It feels like one of the better messaging chat services from what I have seen thus far. It would quite to get up and running.
Customisation (Look and feel) took a little bit of time to work out, although the documentation is largely quite sound. Perhaps there could be more chat options or an iPhone app but I used what was available to have the service notify me when a user was present or asking quesitons if I wasn't at my desk.

I like that fact that Userlike is easy to install, it works well and website users like to use the product.
I don't like that the fact that one can't connect userlike to phone. One has to register onself before one appears online. Sometimes one forgets to do that.
People come onto to site, they don't want to contact us because they have questions. The chat function acts as a medium to bridge that fear and get people to convert.
