It's not intuitive, you have to learn it, but learning is easy.
I had no way to automate my e-mails and now I send multiple follow-ups automatically. Also funnel building is super easy with lots of templates and custom content allowed. The funnels capture information and you can also divert to an external page. I can also sign up people directly into a campaign. You can create courses, which I intend t do one day.
