There are some natural limitations as the platform cannot completely emulate each social media platform. That is understandable and a workable issue.

The user interface and site navigation could be improved
It takes out a chunk of the work involved in the day-to-day tasks of social media management.
Scheduling posts on SocialBee is one of the best things about SocialBee. We can easily tag the right people from the app itself and divide the posts we schedule into different categories. It also helps you easily create posts through RSS. The SocialBee support is active and upfront about solving issues.
SocialBee doesn't still allow to tag users from LinkedIn. It should also allow the users to design posts on SocialBee. It will much easier to design templates for social media on SocialBee and post it from there itself. SocialBee can also have an automatic hashtag generator. It'll make scheduling posts much easier.
I don't necessarily have to give access of that social media account ie. the credentials. Posts can be directly posted by anyone I add on SocialBee, I don't have to distribute the details I am skeptical about sharing.
SocialBee allows us to create content for multiple social media platforms all at once. We can tailor each post for each platform, and set up a queue for regular posting or create a custom schedule.
While the interface is fairly intuitive, there was a learning curve for fully getting up to speed. We opted in for the Bee workers to help us get everything configured. At time, the platform can be sluggish, but usually works flawlessly.
We are saving time by using SocialBee to automate our social media marketing. Manually posting or scheduling posts on individual platforms was clunky and time consuming. Now we can do it all in one place.

É de facto um excelente serviço que permite categorizar o nosso conteúdo para economizar tempo ao criar as nossas puplicações. Conseguimos agendar tendo em conta as categorias para obter o melhor mix de conteúdo em todos os nossos perfis sociais, assim como fazem os melhores profissionais de marketing de redes sociais. Além disso dá para reciclar conteúdo mais antigo para conseguirmos poupar ainda mais tempo. Também tem um funcionalidade avançada de RSS, vários recursos de importação, extensão de navegador ou integração de Zapier para adicionar conteúdo ao SocialBee automaticamente. Mas se isto não for suficiente podemos utilizar o Serviço Especialista em Redes Sociais onde eles próprios criam o conteúdo por nós. Resumindo, ter as categorias de conteúdo e poder reciclar conteúdo torna possível publicar com mais frequência, mesmo quando não temos especialista em redes sociais a trabalhar connosco em tempo real.
O pior mesmo do serviço é o preço. No entanto apesar do esforço que fazemos para pagar cerca de 19€ mensais, temos a certeza que vale a pena. Talvez se o preço fosse inferior fizesse-mos o upgrade para o plano seguinte da solução.
Antigamente tinha-mos de entrar em cada uma das nossas redes sociais e fazer as publicações manualmente. Agora com esta ferramenta tudo se tornou mais facil. Aliás, podemos agendar as publicações para uma altura mais conveniente.

They are responsive to issues and communicate well. The integration for a varietyy of platforms is also good
The actual interface is clunky at times, especially on the app. Having the re-post option automatically enabled is not ideal. It is good for mass campaigns that you want to recur but if you are doing a lot of single use posting it is a bit frustrating.
A singel interface for all platofrms whether a Facebook group or a Google page

We switched from another tool to SocialBee because it allows us to repeat posts on our schedule so the work we do once is an investment in our time!
It's not as intuitive as I would hope, but customer service has always been excellent when I get stuck!

Can manage numerous social media accounts and client accounts with ease. Allows you to post from the app and also pull in 3rd party content from other sites automatically to post to your account. You can also use evergreen content and repost to your account after a certain period of time.
It's a new platform so there are a few bugs to work out. Sometimes to connection issues where I have to reconnect my social media accounts more often than I should, but they do send you a notice when this happens.

I started social bee early in the company so my account is not set up properly and I would need considerable help to re-work it
Always innovatiing and keeping me informed, however I don't use it since my account is goofy.
Socialbee is great for adding a variety of content to your social media feeds (I mostly use it for Twitter) without spending a ton of time searching for new ideas. I like that I can set up different categories for everything from curated news to sharing my fellow bloggers' posts, then either manually approve them or set them up to automatically go out through my feed.
The learning curve is a bit high. It's not the most intuitive platform, and I think there are still features that I'm not using because I either don't understand them or don't have the patience to figure them out.
I am trying to do three things: share quality content to Twitter on a consistent basis, share evergreen content of my own, and schedule one-off posts either to promote a blog post or for a client. SocialBee lets me do all three.
