I found out about it after I already spent money on other tools.

Very useful & user friendly interface. This tool really helps with creating a SEO strategy for our client businesses. Also we use it for competitors analysis and creating reports.

So, it is very interesting question. For me it difficult to say, because I use it not often. And from my subordinates I don't here any negative feedback about Serpstat.

It is nice and helpful tool for comparing your website with other websites in you niche. With Serpstat you can collect a pool of referral domains and find what channels work for you competitors.

A comprehensive solution that includes backlink audit, keyword research and competitor research. Very good rank tracking features too. I use it extensively for keyword research and the database they have is spectacular considering the lower price point compared to competitors.

The interface can be pretty clunky. I admit it takes a bit to get used to the UI/UX they have as it can lag a bit.

I'm doing affiliate marketing and digital marketing and Serpstat has helped me launch quite a few campaigns. I use it mainly for keyword research and rank tracking and it's been a part of my SEO work for the past 2 years.

We use Serpstat in some way for all of our clients. We most frequently use it to create monthly reports but also utilize its audit tool to keep track of client website performance. Serpstat doesn't force their watermarks on the reports. We've tried many analogs, but it turns out that it is really expensive to use for a team of 6 people. If you take a close look to prices of other platforms, you'd see that Serpstat is a good deal for your company.

The Backlink Analysis tool doesn't show some of our backlinks. It needs some improvement.

I really love the fact that Serpstat offers an all-in-one package that got alot of features. Also the constant update of its database is a really great thing. Also it is really easy to navigate. Also its a great tool for text analysis. It offers such a detailed keyword variation, competitor research etc. It really saves time as we can find additional keywords fir the site pages easily. Also the keyword comparison chart is a great feature. Also the support team is really great.

The interface is a but glitchy at times. Its also a bit to navigate through interface. Also the database can be a little more updated. And the keyword search can also be limited

Fast results, extensive reporting and affordable packages. As a new user I found it easy to manage. There are so many options and the help team is really prompt.

For the level i am using so far it is good. Perhaps for beginners a bit more training and help files would be useful.

there might be prices a bit high in this case but still not much high so affordable if the prices will go little low that is going to be awesome for small business and individuals .

There is no plan for small businesses. We use it only twice a month. Plan A should be enough but important features bare missing.

I have switched several SEO platforms but finally stopped on the Serpstat. The greatest advantage is that they provide users with all the needed kinds of tools in one place. Most of the SEO sites have a particular range of instruments satisfying only one category of needs. So, I had to use several sites to get what I exactly needed. Serpstat includes everything that can be required by users. It gives an opportunity to use all the possible tools entering only one platform. And the price is relatively low. Would like to highlight their Domain vs domain tool. I was really amazed while implemented it at first. There are some drawbacks in Serpstat's functionality, of course. But generally, I am pretty satisfied by it.

More detailed explanation to the tools would be great. Some of the tools show similar results and sometimes it is slightly hard to understand what do they actually mean.

Serpstat has a lot of features. It's quick and easy to find keywords and see how much competition is out there for your keywords. It's also easy to find suggestions if your keyword has too much competition. I love also that I can check competitor domains and see what they are ranking for.

It takes a little training to get to know all of the features but once you do it is pretty simple. I can't really find anything negative. I've been using it for over 6 months and have been very satisfied so far.

I am solving the issue of getting traffic to my website. I was having a hard time ranking for keywords until I started using Serpstat to do my keyword research. I am starting to see the benefits now. SEO is a long game and even if you don't see spikes in traffic now they will eventually come if you are doing it right.

I wish there was a phone app for the tool so I could check my rankings on the go.

Serpstat is my go-to tool for tracking a site's SEO authority. It doesn't matter if I'm investigating a competitor or looking for opportunities on my own sites, Serpstat holds it's weight against much more expensive options.

While Serpstat is good at many things, it often means it's not perfect at anything. I wish it had the ability to be more granular on the level of insights, or even better- be proactive to show opportunities for improvement without a manual analysis.

Primarily for SEO, of course, which also helps inform buyer behavioral patterns.

I found Serpstat by accident and am very pleasantly surprised at the wealth of information available in this software. I use it to audit and give me an overview of client's websites so I can learn quickly where to direct my attention for maximum impact and benefit to their marketing goals.

I wish there was more reporting options available, specifically that I can send directly to my clients without having to reformat.
