It's a very friendly platform, and support is excellent, even in several languages.

Not many cons with SendPulse, but if I have to say something i´ll say that the mobile app could be better.

Customer service is more accurate and repetitive info is given by the bot.

We had a problem with our bank and the credit card payment was rejected and immediately the bots were paused. It would be nice to have a grace period for cases like that

It was pretty slow to load on Safari. I switched to Chrome and had no issues.

The service is really good and their website is very user friendly. I have been using their free SMTP service for a couple of years. I have just upgraded to a paid account as I needed additional SMTP services. Happy to pay for a good service. They also have a really good selection of products.

To be honest, I haven't come across any yet. Any time I have contacted them for help, they are quick to respond and assist.
