There is nothing that I dislike at all. I came from other platforms with less flexibility and higher costs.

Email marketing got us to Sendpulse, but we've been able to build a whole new product with the Sendpulse Chatbot - and the time it took to build was insane (only a few days).

The Sendpulse API access token, which expires every hour may not have to or at least the developer should be given more control over the access token, like setting their own TTL and deactivating the token at any time from the dashboard.

We use Sendpulse to send transactional emails to our users, and it is cost-effective compared to how much we get charged by other competitors. We've been able to save for other operating costs.

One of the best things about SendPulse was how many third-party apps and services it integrated with. I was able to sync my data across platforms and automate a variety of marketing tasks. That being said, I did find it a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features and customization options, and it took me some time to figure out which ones I wanted to use. I also wished there were more advanced reporting and analytics features, as I rely heavily on data insights to improve my marketing strategies.

The one thing I found a bit confusing was the email marketing pricing. There are two options, one for a list and one for a standalone mailing-by-number option. This confused me at first since I wasn't sure what the differences were, and I purchased the 10k emails option, then switched to the list later. I feel like that could be clarified a little better.

The biggest issue with services like Sendpulse is pricing. Sendpulse ends up being the most cost-efficient option in a sea of competitors. That is the biggest benefit to me right now.

They say in life you will not get, something for nothing or anything free has no value. Where that may be true in many cases but it’s not always true. SendPulse is one of those occasions where it is definitely not true. Having tried Paid and Free email marketing services I feel this one is the very best that I have been lucky enough to find. This is what they provide for free. 1. Top class Support Service with very professional and knowledgeable Support Staff. 2. As above with the Live Chat Support. 3. The Dashboard is laid out in a very easy manner to follow. With a Create a campaign tab, Mailing list tab, Reports tab, Email templates tab, Automations tab, A/B test tab, Subscription forms tab, Pricing Plans tab, Service settings tab. Now for the best of all you get all of this plus 2500 Subscribers with a monthly limit of 15000 emails absolutely free. SendPulse also offer 1 – 2500 with more bells and whistles if you feel you need it for $9.85 per month. 2501 – 3000 for $29 per month. There are just to many great points to publish here but I will say don’t take my word for it just sign up with them and see for yourself what a great service they provide, you have nothing to lose but an awful lot to gain. I am not an affiliate for them but have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a great Email Marketing Service.

Graphical User Interface of Sendpulse Website is amazing, its much easier to use and easily understandable. I have subscribed for WhatsApp ChatBot and found that incredible experience ever. I recommend everyone to try atleast its TRAIL Version to feel the awesome experience.

Not found any downfall or any dislikes except its pricing. Its pricing is little bit higher, comparison to other competitors. But overall I know that Better thing is always costlier, So that's not the dislike or downfall in my opinion.

SendPulse is providing an incredible chatbot experience to reach our valuable customer's easily in our day to day life to solve their problems. I will try all features of SendPulse in near future as per my requirements.

I've used email marketing since 2012 to build my business but have been dissatisfied with how companies charge "X" amount of dollars a month to maintain a list without a company's ever sending out an email.
