There is literally no specific thing that Scala can't help with. The benefit is that I'm not hiring people to do small things. Scala can fix it in a second.

There's so many things to like I can't even start to mention them here - it would literally take me a tome to write it all out! Their great service is #1 - this company is one of the very few ones, or any - that takes the concept of "superlative customer service" and "the customer is always right" (within limits) to the next level. I've never once seen a company, especially these days with the "robotic" copy and paste customer service that is unfortunately becoming all too common these days with the level of HUMAN service these guys provide - when you contact Scalahosting, you don't just KNOW but FEEL they truly care about you and your business hosted on their servers! At Spicy and Erotic Fetish they have always been lucky for us in so many ways more than one!! Their infrastructure, consistent uptime which everyone promises but few deliver upon, if at all - second to none. And their tech staff too - skilled in what they do. Have always offered me so much sensible, practical and caring advice - especially George and Valentin, but the rest too. Just off the top of my head. There is a lot more!!

This may sound fake,but it's not. There is not even one single thing the rational minded business person can "dislike" about these guys - it's impossible to!

Reliable hosting and top notch customer service which is miles beyond even the paid customer service at biggies like AWS, Google etc. Often times I need techni out on things for which I wouldn't necessarily "hire" someone, and their tech staff has always been the guys i bounce ideas and questions off off - to always receive very friet, practical and helpful answers. I'm fact, it was after I moved to Scalahosting that a most VEXING issue with my site (going on for years, noone had been able to solve it, was costing me big bucks and then some) "miraculously" got resolved - and it all started with the conversation I had with their tech staff. Thank you so much again guys!!

Pavlin was in the Online Chat (Chat with a Human icon was good to see) Very helpfull and interested to help. The service is amazing, I am looking into Servers and Webhosting and a little confused as to what would be best for me so after about 30 min of chat going away coming back and chatting again was great to see he had remembered and was asking various questions.

ScalaHosting has a best support team, first of all I've encountered very less complains or issues while using scalahost's server or hosting services; however whenever I faced the issue the support team resolved it without doing hanky panky; they go straight to the depth of the issue and comes with the solution.

I run a local web hosting business; my big pain was hosting servers like VPS and its support and ScalaHosting are the one on which I can rely; I never faced the down time, never had other kind of incident; yes I remeber in past one of my client faced accidental corruption to their website, some kind of malware attack and yes ScalaHost support team did every effort to help me and my clients website to recover from the corruption, they did out of the box support.

I am using Scalahosting VPS services about a month now and I moved all my data from another two servers to them. About Sales and Support: Scalahosting team is very helpful whether Sales or Support Team. They are trying to help you through Tickets or through direct chat. About VPS service, their servers are stable, and the speed is very good. VPS servers is cost effective, and it is not a high cost as they provide the SPanel instead of buying cPanel license. Spanel is easy to use and simple. Easy to integrate and implement services with SPanel.

SPanel is a great tool. They need to add more features in it and I think will be great afterwhile form cPanel or WHM.

The main issue is they are solved with their services is providing a cost effective services with high skilled support team

Their support is lightning fast, really works with me to solve any issues and I've never got a reply that this is something they won't do. They have been as helpful as possible and the staff has a lot of knowledge solving web issues. The sPanel is very intuitive and easy to use. I love how I can immediately scale up or down the server as needed.

Any web and server issues have been solved by them with great passion. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We are saving a lot of time and money with their help.

Their excellent infrastructure and site uptime guarantees are one thing and their professionalism is another. I have never seen more helpful and caring staff members - they treat each customer as their own family, almost. They truly CARE for folks and the businesses hosted on their servers, and give the phrase "going above and beyond" a new meaning altogether. They are one of the few remaining companies out there that believe in (and their actions back this up) the time tested and true maxim of customer service and being HUMAN - and I will be forever very grateful I found these guys and am glad for every minute i interact or do biz with them.
