Though compared to all other remote management tools, it is the cheapest, it still costs more than what I think it would be worth. Lack of support for US employees.

I wish the permission within the platform could be more customizable.

As we try a different market, it saves time in the hiring process from a country where the company does not have a legal entity.

The recent chat support is very quick.we do not have to wait for a day or 2 for someone to respond us back and all my queries are already listed in the FAQ section which we can access any time.

Remote allows me to live close to my family while working remotely for the company I love. That's a blessing. Everything works smoothly for both myself and my employer. The customer support is also responsive and helpful.

I would have liked a better onboarding, but I managed to find my way around, so that was not a big issue.

Remote helps me work legally and have all the benefits of a local employee while managing the relationship with my contractor and the payroll every month.

It's really easy to use, it's not the usual tool you don't like using, and that's important if you are using it everyday. Expense requests are straightforward, I can't think of an easier way to do it. Payslips are also essy to see, and you get a notification instantly whenever you have a new one. Time off requests also. The platform itself it's really well designed and you can see it's built with the user in mind. Have talked also a few times with support and the have been really helpful and quick.

The only thing missing is the ability to put the week hours using the mobile app. But you can do it on the website anyways, so it's fine.

The company I work for doesn't have an office in my country so they can't hire directly, thus using remote. Only been 3 months but it's working really well.
