The best thing that i liked about Quixy was the ease with which i was able to automate the HR processes. The software provided simple to use interface where i could design the forms and the workflows and publish the HR apps very quickly. The support team was also very prompt in answering any queries.

Vad ogillar du med Quixy?

Overall the software is very good. Features like in app collaboration with other users in the workflow, if added, will be very useful. Another feature that can be very useful will be to allow uses to take actions on the workflows through the email notifications itself without having to login to the application.

We have automated HR processes including Recruitment, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Leave Management, Employee Service Request Management, and Performance Management. Employees now can submit their requests online without having to fill any paper forms. With Quixy, we were able to make our department operations paperless.

I call Quixy as an instant solution because you can develop applications instantaneously and the results are also instant. The robust platform helped us in automating various processes within our department within no time. The best part is we did not include any 3rd party agency or person to develop applications and integrate the same with existing applications.

There is nothing to dislike about Quixy, it has some great features. However, I suggest them to improve their app library by adding ready to use applications.

We have used Quixy to automate our gate operations and inspections processes. We have eliminated the manual processes involved during container inspections at the gate. We have integrated Quixy with our existing internal systems to access the container data. Using Quixy, we have cut down the container inspection time by 80%.

Quixy is probably the easiest and comfortable platform to build applications without coding. Quixy has helped us in automating our business processes where it involved not just our office staff but also the students who are our customers applying for studying abroad. The platform is so easy and simple that even a novoice user can develop applications within hours and days.

Everything was perfect and we could achieve all we wanted with just few drag and drops and clicks. No dislikes so far.

Users can develop apps using simple drag and drop features and configure business processes without writing a single line of code. App Building, Integrations, Notifications are some of the features i like on this platform.

The platform gives you lot of options to develop your apps but the online help content is very little. I suggest you to develop more and more content around the features of the platform.

I've developed an informative dashboard to understand the overall performance of the projects and my teams have used the application to automate several business processes within the organization. My finance team was able to eliminate all the paper based processes involved in vendor selection, purchase order generation. While my HR is using the platform for various processes such as resource selection, sourcing, on-boarding, receive employment requests from multiple projects etc. Project teams are using the platform to capture on-field data during site inspections, asset management etc.

We used Quixy to automate our end to end HR process at our organization. I would like to thank Quixy's customer success for ensuring that we moved in a right direction during our digital transformation journey. The platform was very easy to automate any kind of processes be it a small process like Accounts Submission or a complex HR Leave Management process. All we needed was a small online training session to understand the capabilities of the platform.

As a construction company we have complex processes as we work on onsite and offshore model. Tracking of whereabouts of the employees and monitoring their attendance on daily basis and processing payroll was a tedious task as it involves processing of hundreds of emails received from employees at the end of every month . Quixy made our lives easier by automating our end to end HR processes covering attendance management, leave management, onsite travel management, medical insurance etc. We took up this initiative in a phased manner and slowly started to automate as independent systems and then integrated with external systems for better results.
