After a dreadful experience with another application, I was hesitant to trust a software let alone experiment with my team's future. Surprisingly, ProofHub exceeded all of my expectations; it is incredibly simple to use, user-friendly, and packed with functionality. It has aided my team in accomplishing a great deal, especially given the challenges of remote work. Gantt charts and ProofHub chat are two elements that have significantly improved our productivity and that we utilize on a regular basis.

The chat gets stuck once in a while; besides these minor inconveniences, my team has faced no problems at all!

ProofHub has helped my team coordinate, communicate, and manage projects better. It helped us communicate better as a team even while working remotely and thus, helped motivate an otherwise disengaged team. Along with that, ProofHub has greatly helped my team stay on top of deadlines and produce high quality results in a timely manner. We have also been using the Proofing and custom fields features extensively and we’d like to thank ProofHub for coming to our rescue when we needed the most.

We like the fact that our QA, development, and product support teams can work collaboratively on a single platform. We get support requests using forms that are converted into tasks for customer reps. Depending on the issue, the requests are routed ahead to the relevant department and everything is handled wisely. The easy interface ensures that all teams can use it without much training and its new joiners can get started quickly. The tool has helped us gel disparate departments together, which saves us time in responding to user tickets. Earlier, this was taking place on long email threads which weren't as organized, and relatively slower. Overall, we're happy with the software's performance. The support is responsive and pricing really suits our organizational setup.

The request forms currently are only editable using HTML code. While it's not a major hiccup, it'll be great if there was a no-code method of customizing request forms as per our requirements.

We have successfully solved the problem of bringing disparate teams - QA, software, and CS - onto a single platform for better communication. This way all the support tickets that we receive are efficiently handled, which wasn't the case earlier. It offers better visibility into customer issues and timely resolution to user queries. On a whole, improved inter-departmental collaboration and centralized issue tracking are two major benefits we have realized using the software. It's a definite upgrade over email, saving the hassle of sifting through overstuffed inboxes. Performance tracking reports is another feature that significantly benefits us.

When we first started working remotely, it got very tough for our team to be on the same page. We used one tool to communicate with each and another to manage our tasks. And let's not even talk about the mismanagement of files. Everything was spread all over the place. We were looking for that one tool that would help us all remain on the same page and that's when we came across ProofHub. It helped us manage our tasks very easily. We could actually assign tasks and keep track of their progress very easily. Not just that, we could also communicate in one place. It has saved us a lot of time by unifying all the project management features into one place.

Well, to be honest, ProofHub actually came into our lives like a saviour when everything was falling apart. Thus, I really can't think of any con as of now.

The number one benefit I would like to highlight here is task management. With effective task management features like Kanban board and table view, it has gotten super easy for us to manage tasks. We can assign tasks to specific team members, set lables on the basis of requirement, track progress, add files to them and even mention people in comments. Working together has never been this easy. Gone are the days when our team used to miss deadlines.

The ability to have an all-in-one project software. A lot of them have different specialties and Proofhub is a great option for a one-stop shot. I also like the flat pricing.

No big issues. There's a lot of options in the space, so it's hard to pick, but no big issues.

A central place for our team to communicate projects. It can help with a team's productivity.

Proofhub is so helpful to help me communicate with my employee's at all times. I love that you can creat announcements and projects for my employee's. I also love the chat option.

I wish there was a way to say when I finish a project instead of starting a new conversation in the project.

Communicating better with employee's

I love the fact thst you can collaborate on graphics, content, etc and actually edit directly in ProofHub to make any changes needed. I love the fact thst you don't need Asana or Slack! This platform does it all. It's only 1 low,payment monthly, no matter how many team members, customers or projects you have. No more worrying about what email address your team members are using to be charged more for an additional seat in Asana. ProofHub is exactly what I've been looking for.

Well, to be honest with you, there is absolutely nothing I dislike. If there is, I haven't found it yet. The only thing which would improve ProofHub is if it were free, lol.

The benefit is definitely not having a separate communication platform like Slack, Skype, etc. all communication and comments are handled directly in the ProofHub system. Brilliant. It's definitely a time-saver. Saving so much time eliminating the "back and forth" making project changes. All annotations and markups can be done directly in ProofHub while working with all of the stakeholders. Eliminated distractions with added communication channels. No longer need to communicate with team on email, Slack, Skype, etc. ProofHub is the all-in-one system you will ever need.

The one thing I would change about proof hub are the notifications.

Proof hub is good for small business usage and makes a great tool for those using project management solutions.

What has impressed me and my team the most about ProofHub is its user-friendly, intuitive interface that makes it an incredibly easy-to-use tool for even those who are not tech-savvy. And the long list of powerful features in one centralized location is something that every project manager and team cannot afford to miss out on. The tool gives project managers the Bird’s eye view of all tasks across the entire project and provides them with greater control over the team.

I can’t think of anything that I dislike about this awesome tool. It’s a powerhouse for project management and team collaboration. Adding video conferencing will make it an unbeatable software in this segment.

We were using another notable PM tool before ProofHub and it had a steep learning curve, which made things tough for new members who just joined us. This resulted in a lot of time being spent on training them to get familiar with the tool. When we switched to ProofHub, team members took no more than a few minutes to start using this tool and understand how its features work. We never used any team collaboration and project management software before and now I wish we had done it earlier. How ProofHub has helped us to improve collaboration, coordination, communication, and make every team member more productive and accountable is something that you can only experience once you start using it. ProofHub has a very easy to use interface with a very wide range of features. Whether it’s communication, task allocation, organizing tasks, and teams, this project management platform has been our sole solution to connectivity at the office.

I can’t find many things that are wrong with ProofHub. My team has been more than satisfied with it.

I have realized that this tool is perfect for firstly, tracking the progress of individual employees and collective teams. It has helped us a lot with a quick back and forth with its chats features.
