ProofHub is the best project management tool for our team. It not only makes it easy for every team member to work together, but it also helps me track their progress without any hassle. The interface is pretty simple and easy to adapt. I love the custom reporting option, using which I can easily plan my projects and efficiently manage my resources.

Overall the tool is pretty awesome, but it would be great if it had more app integrations.

Proofhub life makes so easy by dealing with all the hurdles and provide a different graphic skill that is never experienced earlier.

This is very singular in its way, all information should be held open with additional caution, and if anything gets wrong in the configuration then the whole file must be followed for further operation. ProofHub is a tool that has been working like magic ever since I started using it years ago. I like that setting up requires no previous training and I was able to start using it right away to complete daily tasks. The features are very easy to use with the Gantt Charts being my favorite one as they are pretty much customizable and can adjust to any project I've worked on. Another pro of ProofHub is the fact that I can communicate and discuss projects with my team as we also complete our own individual tasks, and it does not separate individual and group projects into different things but merge them together to ensure a better experience and better handling of tasks. Another of my favorite features has to be the calendar, in which I can synchronize with my Google Calendar to have all schedules in one place and not get confused.

No dislikes!! ProofHub has adjusted to all my work and I have not experienced anything negative or big issues while using it.

When it comes to functionality, ProofHub has been the best. It has been easy to break down all my tasks into things I can slowly complete throughout the day without my schedules being messy, and it's a place where I can work with my team on projects that require a lot of concentration and effort put into, so ProofHub is a favorable program. As a Marketing Assistant, it's easy to become unorganized if I don't put enough attention to small details, so I use ProofHub religiously to work on multiple things such as team projects, marketing campaigns, and daily tasks without feeling worn out.

ProofHub is like having every project management tool ever desired in just one place. I think that having everything on a single platform is very convenient, although it can get confusing sometimes. ProofHub allows me to do multiple things at the same time: share files with coworkers, assign tasks, get daily reports on the progress of the team, and discuss with collaborators on a project for a smooth finish. I use this software all the time, especially when I have to take notes on something, or when I'm in a conference and I need to write anything down; the note-taking tool has a very vivid and colorful UI that I love and keeps me focused. Another thing that I like is how high productivity tolerance this software has, as it works extremely fast no matter if I'm having a bad internet connection. This software just has endless tools that I love.

I mentioned before that it can get confusing at times and it's true. Because it has so many features, I used to get confused about how to use everything; but now that I've learned it and have been using it for a long time, it's not really a problem anymore!

I love that we can proof and mark-up our assets right in the tool. I also like that we are able to track time inside the portal for specific tasks, not only for the entire project. It allows for transparency with our clients.

We don't particularly like that we have to create "lists" before we can create tasks. That extra layer is not always necessary. It would be nice if this was an option rather than a mandatory step. Wish it had the ability to port the calendar into our Google calendars. We live by G-suite, and it would be helpful if the task due dates could be viewed in our regular calendars.

We are able to keep accurate and detailed info about the projects. Not only can we track them more efficiently, but we are able to work more efficiently. ProofHub saves team members time from not having to get updates on projects and hold unnecessary meetings.

ProofHub has helped skyrocket my team’s productivity. We are spending more time doing things than discussing them. It has all the features a modern day team needs to manage its work together. Kanban boards work great for planning your workflow. They have an excellent support team that is quick to respond. We have managed to bring our meeting time to almost half of what it used to be all thanks to online discussions in ProofHub. Whenever I need to discuss something, I quickly create a discussion topic and assign team members to it - it is a life saver. It has no per user payment plan, which makes it a comparatively lesser priced option than other tools, which is great for bigteams like ours!

ProofHub has a simple and easy to use interface. It has a great set of tools that are not very complex. It gives me notifications every time a project is updated, if there are many users who work at the same time, ProofHub makes it easier for me to organize and improve productivity.

We primarily considered ProofHub to solve task-related problems. But what we found instead is an all-round solution. We have genuinely loved working with ProofHub. Custom Roles, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, Calendar, Multiple Timers, Chats, Discussions, Files, Notes, Timesheets, Reports, and ProofIng are some of the most likable features of ProofHub. Additionally, it offers easy-to-use interface, multi-device compatibility and pricing packages that added value to our experience.

I am not a big fan of investing in too many tools. Although ProofHub currently offers easy access to many popular third-party apps such as Freshbooks, Google Calendar, iCal, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive—I wish it soon offers integartions for apps like Zapier, Zendesk, Pocket, etc.

ProofHub helps us overcome almost every challenge that we meet while a project is in motion. Whether its unrealistic deadlines, resource deprivation, scope changes, poor engagement, or lack of communication, ProofHub helps us ensure that nothing gets in the way of delivering the project successfully.

Proofhub is packed with collaborative features that are often only found in higher-cost enterprise options. The ability to granularly track your progress through the phases of a project help keep the team on task and allow for a level of consistency which in turn allows us to hit our SLAs. Great value in ProofHub in keeping a remote team on the same page.

Slack chat integration would be a nice way to augment chat. We use Harvest and would totally tie into time tracking in Proofhub if it could talk to Harvest as well!
