The ease for the clients to review and sign forms on their own, on their phones, or even in-person. Also creating documents is easy.
The only complaint I have is that it is not easy to search for documents once signed, or a way in-system to organize them after signature.
Our clients often have to sign consent forms and at times, it can be confusing with other apps. Also the price is less than other "well known" signature collecting contract signature apps.
Super easy to use. Fast. Great alerts. Nothing slips through the cracks.

I love how easy it is to create very attractive proposals, presentations, and agreements with consistent branding! I've used many other online design programs, which often have some glitchiness. But so far PandaDoc has been surprisingly easy and glitch-free!
The price is higher than similar services, but it's nevertheless worth it, considering how easy it is to use and how many types of documents one can create.
Aesthetics are really important to me, and I'd never been happy with the look of my legal agreement that I would send to my clients. However, I was refreshingly surprised that I could take all of that verbiage in the old agreement and turn it into an attractive agreement that I feel really good sending to clients! Also, having the payment capability makes it a wonderful streamless process for me and for them - and easy to keep track of, too.
I love using PandaDoc because I can see step by step of what the contract singer is doing with my documents.
As of yet I have not found anything that I don't like.
It helps me keep track of who and when I sent a contract to.
I love how easy it is to navigate, and I also like the free version, which is what small businesses like mine need!

the ability of having a customer sign a contract without me having to physically go to his house. Also having a legible, legal signature/document.
Signing documents with PandaDoc is fast and easy. Once our merchants sign we get notified right away and the connection with HubSpot helps so docs are never missing so you can always reference them later.
I really don't have much bad to say about PandaDoc but would like to have a function if I were to decline an agreement it would move to a folder with out the signer getting notified documents were rejected.
It's helping us be more digital by reducing the amount of paper one uses when signing a contract. Better way so that all eyes that need to be on a document have that access.
I find PandaDoc very useful as a soloprenuer. I send out a lot of contracts for various types of work and it's easy to use to set up the contracts, as well as have my customers sign on their side. Being able to have the payment flow built into the contract is extremely useful!
I don't have anything to report about PandaDoc that doesn't feel easy to use. I've been customer for over three years and their product roadmap ends up covering what I think could be improved.
PandaDoc is solving the issue of having all of my contracting and payment structures in one place for ease of use for me and my clients. It's simple and effective to use.
I like that PandaDoc offers a fast and secure eSignature platform to secure the signature of a event services contract. The customer support is willing to fix any issue that you have. I like that PandaDoc offers an attestation page at the end of the document to show who signed the document and where it was signed including an IP address. PandaDoc is so reliable that I have switched from DocuSign to PandaDoc.
Initially when I first started using the service, I didn't like the auto alignment feature of the field boxes because it would ironically make it harder to align the boxes that I wanted. However, throughout using the application, the misalignment issues have practically disappeared. PandaDoc is really on top of improving their platform.
PandaDoc had helped me with an issue of their new autofill placement of fields. Initally, the autofill did not work as expected and was slow. However, with time and support, the autofill is more accurate and is able to place autofill fields where I want.
the cmoothness of the system and the acutal configurability of the interface to match what each department may be targeting makes this system one of my favorites by far!
The only sidlike i have is that sometimes I get force kicked out and have to do the two step verification quite a bit but this is more than likely a setting on the backend that can be adjusted.
It's solving the all too difficult task of keeping/showing that lag time between communicatinos can be eliminated if you put together a workflow that's both effecient and purposeful.
Quick, easy to use, straight forward, smart and very usefull does what you expect in a professional and visually good way.

Built into Google, easy to upload from computer and an easy to app/website. Being able to check on the status of documents is great. Easy to read and manage dashboard with many extra features and collaboration tools.
The automation for assigning signatures, personal information, dates and other fields isn't always as precise so i prefer to do it manaually as it ends up being much quicker than having to change it.

Pandadoc is simple, user-friendly and impactful. I and my clients no longer have to spend time back in forth digitalising a contract and signing it. Now it's all digital, free and can be done on the go (phone)
The only thing that is a little bad about pandadoc is that the free version doesnt let you add text blocks and then send them in a contract, so I took a long time to understand the I needed to upload documents as a pdf and not as a word document
It is simple to use and anyone can have access to it. Directly the parties have access to a copy of the contract and can do it on the go, so no more excuses for not being able digitalise the contract
I used panda doc to notarize documents sent to me by my contractors and it an easy process. My contractors already verified there identity before meeting with me so o don't have to use that feature just assigned signature, date and text box and go super fast.

I love that I can create a seamless experience for my clients from proposal, to contract, and ultimatel getting paid. I also appreciate that I can track how and when clients have interacted with my documents.
I wish editing the templates were a little easier. Sometimes it's difficult to edit something that seems simple or it can be confusing to find where to edit a particular section.
PandaDoc gives me more time back in my day to focus on my design work instead of spending time creating static proposals and contracts. It also makes the review, signing, and payment process so much easier for my clients which helps get my projects in motion faster.
I love that I can generate a link to send to my contract recipients rather than just rely on the email being sent from outside of my domain. I also love how text/signature fields auto-align on my documents.
I wish that PandaDoc would allow for multiple signers in their free version, but I suppose that if they gave all features in a free version, there'd be nothing for them to sell.
PandaDoc provides an excellent way for me to send contracts out for signature. I find it to be more user-friendly than even DocuSign, which comes at a higher cost.
I like the ease of using this system to prepare proposals and the ability to keep track of each outstanding proposal.
