Great customer service. Nice patient team. They were all very nice and helpful. I will recommend this service to anyone I know that has a customer service business.
I only wish they had CMA and automatic templates to send to clients. Oh and a way to send massive emails and text messages. Without creating a chat. Other than is okay.
Can talk from the computer
I like that once machines and services are set up, things just work. My interactions with customer service have been in regards to account changes and new user set up and I have only had positive experiences with our rep. He is kind, friendly and gets the job done.
I don't have anything about my experience with Nextiva that I dislike.

I loved the whole process with Nextiva! Everyone was nice, fast, and provided excellent customer service. No question went un-answered.

I needed a new phone for a new staff person. Sales staff was able to quickly help and send me all the information I needed.
The service that everyone provided and the setup didn't take much time either.. Very user-friendly.
I didn't love that all of my lines couldn't receive text messages; only one user could.
There isn't a need for any problem to be solved, no issues at all.
Customer Service was excellent at setting us up and running within the hour. Prices are comparable to others.
So far there haven't been any drawbacks to the service.
I really like the addition of a toll free number. I was also able to take my small business further with access to our in store lines and move away from using my cell phone.
The app that allows you to view your calls and chat with coworkers is the best part about Nextiva. I also appreciate being able to speak to a real person over the phone.
The only downside about Nextiva is the phones not working if the internet is down.

It was exactly what I was looking for; an immediate solution without the headache. I called from a referral, and by the time I got off the phone, I had established a phone system for my agency ready for immediate use.
So far I haven't had an issue. I was having some tech issues completing the onboarding process and a rep got on the phone with me and walked me through to completion.
I started with a Google Voice number and now I've established direct numbers for all my team and a way for them to work from anywhere.
Nextiva service and reliability has been great. Over the last 3+ years we have been with Nextiva we have not had any noticeable outages. Their account team is also great to work with. Our rep Christina Lavely has been excellent in helping us with our account and helping us find answers. She is always there when we need help. We have been a Nextiva partner and have other clients that use their services. Christina has been able to help us keep in touch with all of their account reps as well. The account team tries to go above and beyond.
Support hold times can be long, but I have found that most answers I need I can get through the chatbot on the support website. They have been getting better with their support and each upgrade is easier for the users.
Using a VOIP and UcaaS product allows our team to work anywhere, and in turn, we do not need to invest in extra infrastructure or team members to be in our office to answer calls. It enables our team to work productively anywhere we are.

So far great and quick support, easy set up. Software is intuitive, and the apps look modern and are easy to navigate. Setting up an automated directory was easy - I just used two paths for existing clients and not-yet-a-client.
It turned out to be a little more expensive than I originally had in mind, but my representative helped me understand the benefits and I opted into an add on that I wanted.
I've been using my persoanl phone for business for 5 years, but recently switched business models and am beginning to accept clients through insurance - I'm a therapist. I don't prefer to put my personal phone number on all of those sites. Time for a true business line.

I am new to Nextiva and I must say they are very friendly. The support is definitely a five star. I feel very confident that I'm going to have great support from these guys moving forward and look forward to a long lasting relationship but I have to say customer service is at the top of my list. I like the fact that I can get them on the phone email or chat
at this time I can't say that I have any dislikes it's too early for me to tell so far I like everything... Nextiva seems to be on a great pair with our company to create a great lasting relationship. I feel that they may be a permanent fixture within our company.
The quality of their phone service seems to be really good. The problem is that they are definitely solving for us is that I have two different companies I work with and being able to utilize phone numbers from other companies that I own saves me a lot of money moving forward not to mention I can see the car flow above companies in one class. That's very important to me.
The support received setting up a new account. Olena took the time to thoroughly go over the necessities for setting up my phone system and answer any questions I had.
I did notice the CRM/Salesforce/HubSpot Integrations that I purchased with the Enterprise package is not currently functioning. This is a bit of a bummer since I'm paying for it.
Voice recording, organization, easy call flow, automated voicemail systems for different users, holidays, business hours. Being able to port numbers and have vanity numbers is a plus.
The onboarding agent was extremely helpful and patient, as I didn't have all the information needed. They explained everything and answered all questions with clear answers!
I just started using the platform and do not have any items I do not like yet. So far, the platform has shown no issues for me to include here. Great experience using the platform so far!
Nextiva is being utilized to start our call center infrastructure. It allows us to have one area where we can see and monitor our calls, view reporting, and ensure our agents are providing excellent service.
Onboarding was great I have had no problems since moving to Nextiva.
I have found little to report as a negative experience other than that it has sometimes been challenging to reach tech support.

Only one area for improvement,I would prefer to get invoices versus having to pay via CC. I have numerous sites that all use Nextiva, so I receive separate CC charges for each site, and it can be time-consuming to reconcile charges.
We have multiple locations and having the same solution configured in the same manner is very helpful. Very easy to use.
