There is not much about name cheap that I don't like. I cant think of anything at the moment.

They should add an SMS reminder service. When a product is going to expire there should be a reminder through SMS and the user should be notified about the services which are going to expire.

Sometimes there would be some hosting speed issues but overall satisfied. Because their prices are very cheap and affordable so everything is going fine. Much better than others.

You can launch your website through wordpress and joomla cms. They will provide you a secure server. Value for money i can say.
