I used to use Mailchimp and always complaining about the high cost for such simple "sending email" service. I found the Mailercloud LTD and immediately grabbed it. It's perfectly functioning with perfect features at so much better value than Mailchimp! I killed my Mailchimp subscription and took pleasure in doing it, thanks to Mailercloud!

Mailercloud offers email automation that allows me to set up automated email emails based on some actions/triggers. It also provides pre-designed templates and drag and drop editor. I can track open rates, CTR, reply rates etc.

It has limited integration with third-party tools. Although it provides pre-designed templates but those are not fully customizable. Mailercloud UI is not good as other email marketing software/platform.

I can automate my email campaigns from here and also see the replies coming to my mail templates. Its analytics feature where includes open rates, reply rates etc I can review my email template make make the changes according to that

Features are great. And also easy to use.

All emails are going Promotion Tab of Gmail. Even Not related offers emails are also going Promotion Tab. A couple of times I tried to contact the support team and they replied only 1 time and this reply also gone Promotion Tab. The support team is completely useless. For the last 3 days, there is not a single reply on my issue.

I've been using Mailercloud for over a year, and it's been a great experience. Deliverability is steady, and the interface is amazing. The guys always work behind the scenes to improve it and add more features. You can't go wrong if you choose Mailercloud.
