I like that it shows the analytics and I enjoy the convenience of using it. I was not trained on using the product and was able to pick it up quite quickly.

I needed a list management system to email newsletters to my customers. I have not realized any benefits from MailChimp and I recommend switching to MailerLite.
I can't send a campaign because they are saying I have default text but I've already deleted all of the default text. I'm now stuck on "hold" waiting for someone in customer service to respond to the chat with no note on how long it will take them to respond, just that they are busy and will get to me eventually. Your customer service really sucks. Super frustrating
See above. Technical issues that are not actually there and then saying you'll provide customer service but not actually providing any. Awful.

It does not offer professional design services. It is a very basic program. It is had to customize and has a very basic design

Customer service is based on a rule book. Look out Comcast, here comes MailChimp.
