I dislike the two factor verification process and the inability to disable it. The interface can be somewhat frustrating when trying to click on an element or block to edit.

Su gmail mi è capitato che arrivase tra le email promozionali, il che non va bene se si sta facendo una campagna di acquisizione. Inoltre la versione free non permette di rimuovere il logo

Problemi di accesso, perché quando devo lavorare con account di clienti esterni non posso accedere liberamente ma ho sempre bisogno di contattare il cliente per ricevere il codice di sblocco

I always like MailChimp for mail service but only some loopholes in only in customer or support care center. They are not replying immediately basis so only this thing want to improve MailChimp.
