As someone who's done the SDR role, I found leadIQ amazing to find contact info for people who are in the SMB/MM segment. this info was always accurate and easy to add to a sequence within the chrome extension without having to jump through that extra step (upload to SFDC) that one has to do when using ZoomInfo. LeadIQ is a total gamechanger for SDR's prospecting in the startup segment- or even looking for prospect info in the EU area.

Scraping leads from LinkedIn is the number one pain point. I scorched the market for a tool that could integrate with my SalesNav workflow and this was by the far the easiest
As an SDR, LeadIQ is the best tool to be able to bulk upload contacts from different accounts/regions and databases. The company I work for got rid of it and I was so bummed that I almost signed up for a solo membership, because LeadIQ's operational efficiency is unmatched. Best tool in the game of prospecting in my opinion
The only thing I can categorize as disliking is when data is blocked and you can't use credits to unlock a profile. However, this isn't the tools fault, it's personal prefence of the prospect. So long story short, nothing to dislike on my end.
I am not longer a member of LeadIQ but I sure wish I was. LeadIQ has incredible lead intelligence when locating prospect information. I haven't stumbled upon another tool yet that allows for such smooth and accurate bulk uploads.
LeadIQ is so helpful when trying to verify contact information or connect with key stake holders for prospective and current customer accounts. The integration with our tech stack (Salesforce + Outreach) is extremely helpful as well and saves a ton of time when updating title and email information.
At times the information isn't 100% accurate. Beyond that there really isn't anything not to like about LeadIQ and no system I've ever used is perfect. It's the best out there that I've used.
The primary business problem LeadIQ is solving is a quick and accurate way to verify and update contact information from a direct integration between LinkedIn and Salesforce.

My only complaint is that my specific account has some bugging issues while syncing to salesforce. No others internally are reporting similar

LeadIQ has helped us enrich our data and find outreach details for a number of new leads and contacts for Salesforce. It works with Sales Navigator to help us pull lists of ideal prospects so we can begin to build outreach plans to key accounts. Particularly helpful has been the round up email of anyone who has opted out so we know to remove them from our database. It is also very useful to get the small overview before you enrich a lead or contact to understand if they are already being worked by someone in our CRM. This has cut down on the amount of duplicates dramatically.
I would like to see some improvements on the dynamic resizing of the windows. On a mac these can be a bit fussy and not allow you to get a clean overview of all information relating to a lead/contact.
We needed to find a way to get more phone numbers and business emails for our prospects. LeadIQ does just that in a simple and easy to use UI. The majority of the details have been correct which is exactly what we were after.
Super simple to use, fast to load, accurate data. Fills the gaps where Zoominfo misses the mark.
Sometimes fo larger accounts there are data gaps.

I like how it is a chrome extension that can mirror what I am looking at in Sales Navigator. It pulls there email and can also provide you with their cell phone.
THere is nothing that is dislike about LeadIQ, this is hands down the best lead generating tool I have ever used.
LeadIQ is making it easy for me to find prospects' information when I try to reach them. The fact that it is a Chrome Extension is the best as you can use it on any site.

Lead IQ is super intuitive and easy to use. There aren't any complicated steps and no advanced user training that needs to be done. It's essentially always right there when you need it. There's nothing else like it and it integrates into my daily routine very well.
I would say that the work phone number category tends to come up a little short. If there were more work direct dials then this would be an absolutely perfect 1 stop shop platform for prospecting.
I find my leads on Linkedin and LeadIQ integrates seamlessly. There are no complicated steps to get leads from Linkedin into all my databases. I love the fact that it also feeds into my Outreach platform seamlessly
The one click capturing for Outreach and SF. I also love the Scribe AI tool, have not seen another AI tool that personalizes at this scale. Awesome stuff! Also the dashboard with the world map, industry, and persona title reporting is great!
Wish there was an intel tool to connect with our website so I could click and reach out to them automatically.
Getting lead information and importing that info into SF and Outreach in one step. After that it helps me stand out from other cold emails with the AI tool.
What I like best about LeadIQ is its integrations into my CRMs. After an initial short mapping process, each prospect I upload using LeadIQ's Chrome extension is automatically saved in both Outreach & SFDC. This saves me lots of time not doing everything twice.
If I HAVE to answer this, I'd say that having too many LinkedIn/Sales Nav tabs open seems to slow LeadIQ down a little. Not necessarily LeadIQ's fault; that's my prospecting style & I roll with it. If I've got a handful of Sales Nav tabs open, on occasion, LeadIQ will struggle to present me with the details of the particular prospect I want to upload. I can correct this by simply having fewer Sales Nav tabs open.
Before LeadIQ, our team uploaded long lists of prospecs using Outreach's CSV method. This was time-consuming & our prospects were plagued with info errors. Using LeadIQ, our custom fields only reflect what we've typed explicitly into each. The Chrome extension helps me save time by not toggling back/forth between tabs. The copy/paste feature works across every platform I use it on (even Windows platforms that sometimes put up a fight with other products). The Scribe tool is incredible. Having the option of AI-generated emails saves me hours a week; the Scribe feature generates well-written custom emails based on selected information in about 5 seconds, something that would take me 3-5 minutes per email to accomplish.
Lead IQ has an intuitive interface that makes jumping in quick and easy. From CRM integration to their Chrome extension LeadIQ is excellent. And their new offering - Scribe, which helps create personalized emails to your top prospects, is more than noteworthy (although I opt out of their AI choosen subject lines ;-)
Getting to Scribe (their AI personalized email tool) is more cumbersome than necessary, and I hear they are fixing this. Other than that, I am a big fan!
Lead contact verification is our top use, and the AI writing assistant is becoming a new fave. It definitely helps us be more productive in a shorter time frame.
I like how easy it is to connect the information we get on Linkedin with that of someone's CRM. It's a very easy tool to use and recommend and I love that it's so easy to set up.
Honestly, I don't think I could say there is a least useful feature. Everything was easy to use and set up and I have already recommended it to a friend. Maybe if there was some AI tool that could find contacts?
For clients that I'm already working with I can jump on LinkedIn and improve my Lead information so I can more accurately work with them and communicate with them.
