Kontainer har en god søgefunktion, og der er en god struktur i forhold til opdeling af billeder efter katergorier.

Det er et dyrt system, men det giver mening, da vi kan bruge det på tværs i NRGi.

Den samler alle vores billeder et sted, så vi ikke skal have det placeret internt

It's very intuitive and easy to use at any level

Managing marketing materials now is quite easy and easy to organize

Easy to get started with and supports the essential features needed for a DAM. The user experience has been improving since we started using it.

It would be helpful to have access to more advanced image transformations and video-sharing options.

There can be many updates, where different features don't work or where there are features that need fixing.

The ease of usability. Especially the custom download function, making it easy to download the images as you please without being highly technical skilled

The platform could be a little more intriguing to look at in terms of visibility. The look and feel of the platform is a bit to 'corporate' for us (as a fashion brand), so it could all in all become more "sexy".

Mostly work with press. Again the image download function is a big hit, both externally and internally.

I think the most helpfull feature is the DAM system. I use it daily and share invite links to our customers whom also find it easy to use

Actually i do not find any reason not use kontainer. The only this like is small features, like when you search and it does not show which thing the system could not find

Kontainer has an ok beautiful design. We also really like the accessible customer service. The system is stabile and does more or less work all the time, which we appriciate.

The new features - featured after the last update - do not suit our needs. Now, Kontainer is too difficult to use - and the features are not aligned with the way we work.

We have tried to reach out to Kontainer with the problems we meet with the new features - or should I say the features that are no longer. But they seem quite confident that the system is better now than before. And perhaps it is for most of their customers. But not for us. So I do not think, that Kontainer are solving any of our problems.

Overview and easy access to pictures that makes it easy

Trouble when uploading a lot of pictures. It often crashes when you make changes and then you need to log-out and log-in
