We like the ability to organize our inventory of new and used boats

I'm not really too sure, we have not been using it for that long, but so far it has done the job.

Easy to set up, easy to make new apps quickly, auto notifications were great. Minimal programming or coding required. comments on each record was very helpful to keep track of progress. The history icon that tracks changes to the records was extremely useful in digging deeper into 'what went wrong'. There was some coding required to change colors on columns etc. but the support team was good to share some basic code that I could update and tweak to use for other minor changes. We had teams on different islands using the platform and were able to manage the workflow and permissions all from our central location on Oahu

calendar view was limited, the team was used to working with Outlook, but the calendar view could not compete with drag and drop, extending tasks to multiple days or color coding to manage types of tasks, so we ended up never giving up outlook calendar. Notification email could be better if it showed the sender's name instead of 'Do Not Reply', The idea of spaces for groups did not really work for us as it was unclear how to really use that feature.

The company had been managing a high volume solar pv construction projects with sales and operations team using excel spreadsheets and emails. There were construction/project management software platforms available but were more designed for one or few projects. We chose Kintone because it looked like we could import our entire excel spreadsheet and start a whole new cloud based method right away . The sales would upload new projects, internal managers would approve them and Operations team would take them through to next stages all the way to construction and post construction. This for 40 projects a month.

I like the ability to create custom Apps for my team

This isn't really a problem with Kintone, but my team wasn't ready to use this platform.

Trying to coordinate multiple agencies. Shared technology can bring geographically dispersed people together.

Det kan finnas ett fel. Slutligen är redigeringssidan förvirrande. Jag kunde inte lista ut hur man sparar saker. Men det lyckades. Vi erbjuder utländska kontraktsarbetare genom H-2A- och H-2B-visumprogrammen för icke-immigranter. Each "app" has to be handmade; for example, if you'd like to create 25 apps that have the same fields, there should be a tool to create a template and apply that template to your app.

The potential that the app has to help a variety of business models. It seems that the platform has the capabilities to perform certain tasks, but they haven't been launched or even thought of yet.

Given the very specific nature of my organization, our inventory is vital to our success as a not-for-profit. With that said, it required too many redundant actions or fields in order to obtain what is needed.

I do have to say that the glitches and bugs that are still present within the platform have caused more harm than good. We cannot obtain the reports that are required, and inventory levels are not maintained properly as to provide a current balance of any specific product. The one benefit that we have realized is the potential the platform has.

Kintone allows us to easily create customized fields, headers, and layouts in a wonderful way. The automatic dashboards are awesome.

1. The most serious obstacle is the limit of 500 fields with no module for expanding the number. This has dramatically hampered our ability to expand useage of Kintone to multiple clients. 2. While not a deal-killer, the integregation with Formstack was challenging and unforeseen. However, with help from Kintone developers, we were eventually able to get it to work--not an easy process.

We are using Kintone for grants monitoring reviews.

It was very user friendly and the cost was good.

There wasn't anything that I necessarily disliked. We have a unique situation, and found that it was a little generic and didn't always meet our needs. If we were a normal company though, it would've worked greatly.

It's help us to organize our member database and keep track of our members and their needs.

Simplicity. Kintone is on the right track in terms of who is using this platform and what their skill/time level is.

No ability to customize code or have complete control over layout.

Project Management. Centralized date is the key to productivity.

I like that we this database to store our volunteer and student information. From the functions I have used, it has been quick and easy without any tech. issues.

I feel like Kintone might not be the best program for our organization because we need a database that is going to act as a "hub" or "one-stop shop" for our staff, volunteers and clients. Right now it is only staff have access to it. Yes, it holds our records, but we need the database to do more. We need a space where we can hold information, easily download and analyze data, user friendly for volunteers to use. For example, our organization has to collect attendance reports from our volunteers and then enter it into kintone database. It would be ideal for volunteers to be able to fill out a form that auto-fills into kintone. Things like this would save us time. Again, I am new Kintone and I am not sure what its complete capabilities are yet.

Record keeping! Kintone helps us record our attendnace dates, tutoring meetings, testing and scores, etc. It also enables us to download data reports although it is a little difficult and confusing.

It was simply to download spreadsheets.

The cost, we are a small non-profit. It was not feasible for us to purchase due to funding of our company.

If we would have purchased, all my data I track would have been in one location.

It seems the team has put a lot of thought into creating a robust feature set.

Design needs drastic improvement. Clunky and high friction UX flow. Great features are pointless if the user becomes frustrated in using the product.

Unfortunately, we don't use the platform too often due to clunky design.
