I really like the versatility of JotForm. Being able to customise terms and develop templates for my projects is incredibly helpful in making the workflow efficient and smooth. The variety of widgets, form fields, notifications and integrations make it easy to tailor forms to a specific process or task. This makes life much easier when dealing with non-linear workflows that require extra attention, while still providing users with an intuitive interface they're familiar with, regardless of whether optional third-party programs have been integrated for additional support.

I strongly dislike the organisation of Jotform's dashboard. Its arrangement based on recently used forms makes it difficult to find what I need quickly and easily; as a result, I have to spend extra time searching for items. Also, each time I create a new form, there is a chance that my carefully crafted formatting will be lost in translation due to the different design tools available.

JotForm helps me send a comprehensive survey to my customers quickly and easily so that I can better understand their needs and provide them with superior service.

I save sooo much time using Jotform to create online forms and track customer data. Super convenient to use and keeps everything organized!

Two of the most attractive features of JotForm are its accessibility and the simplicity of creating forms. This means that any team member can easily submit a pre-designed or customised form without any knowledge of HTML or CSS. Encryption capabilities also ensure the security of sensitive data, which is paramount when working remotely. There's also a wealth of pre-designed templates to save time on creating different forms from scratch, which is often required by teams across many industries, and is another reason why JotForm stands out as a leading web form builder.

I do not like JotForm's pricing as it is too expensive for the features it offers. In addition, some of its image publishing tools could use an upgrade; in particular, I would like to see more customisation options when setting up how submissions are processed - especially so that data doesn't have to be submitted at the push of a button.

In order to provide better services to my clients, I use JotForm to send out detailed surveys and collect the data I need from them. With its online publishing capabilities, it extends the reach of these surveys so that people everywhere can easily access them.

The main page with all of your forms gets cluttered after a while; could use some sort of hierarchical structure. Built-in graphs are limited in scope.

It has drastically reduced hours spent entering and subsequently aggregating survey responses (50ish 20-question surveys per project).

My experience with creating online surveys is limited, but Jotform has been very user-friendly, and the Help option with timely responses has been indispensable.

I have not found anything I dislike about Jotform. However, from a technically handicapped perspective and an explanation of some of the available apps/ attachments (like a glossary of external resources that can be incorporated with Jotform) would be helpful.

I am using Jotform for the creation and collection of responses for Patient Satisfaction Surveys. The patient feedback is invaluable and the exporting option for the data is very helpful.

I've used Jotform not just for my business, but for organizations I've done work for as well. I would definitely highly recommend it for any kind of online documents or even data gathering. I personally use it for contracts and inquiry forms for my photography business. It is very easy to setup and use and has lots of widgets to customize it to work for you.

There have been a few things that I've tried to do that Jotform just doesn't offer. For one, countersigning. I'm not sure that it's not possible - but it is very difficult to set up if it is. Also, it offers the ability to take money, but setup is usually very limited and doesn't always work correctly the way I'd like it to. I've messed with it several times and generally just end up giving up and invoicing each client separately instead because I just can't get it to work right. It's definitely not something that deterred me from using them for other things - but I do wish I could actively use it since it is available.

Not needing signatures in person. I require contracts at booking and it makes things easy to email over and for me to go back and pull submissions easily when I need them.

Its intuitive and easy to build forms in. I like you can stylise it too.

It'd be good if there was a bit more flexibility with setting up questions. I often have more complex questions and have to break them across 2 questions for it to make sense and be clear.

Jotform made requesting employee feedback very simple. Instead of a traditional "form," with Jotform, I was able to create a feedback tool that was inviting.

I am in love with the versatility of Jotform. With so many different form types available, I can easily tailor them to my exact needs and ensure they are optimised for mobile devices. The ability to customise the user experience both before and after submission makes it quick and easy to encourage people to take action when needed. The ability to personalise the branding is also really helpful! What's more, their service seems great; the fact that it's free adds another layer of awesomeness to everything else this platform offers users like me who need a digital resource toolbox quickly but don't want to compromise on quality.

Calculating with Jotform's widgets was difficult for me at first, but I eventually found success thanks to their documentation and user reviews. The advantage of using this form builder is that it's cheap and easy; however, if you want more control over data entry than a custom-built website or application might offer, then there may be drawbacks in terms of what can actually be done within the platform.

I no longer have to spend time creating individual documents for invoices, timesheets and sales. With Jotform I can quickly generate all these documents, saving me a lot of time and energy.

Great for online forms that can be accessed offline or on a tablet via the kiosk mode. Easy to use for creating & users filling in forms. Compared significantly to Google Forms, the offline and kiosk mode makes it better for business use.

Wish it was easier to copy the form; takes several steps.

Events we attend don't always have internet service, allowing us to have a tablet with the survey to avoid paper/pen surveys. Also having all the entries exportable helps after the event.

Great for client intake and automating work flow. It is user-friendly and has many prebuilt templates to work from without starting from scratch.

I love the ease of using this for our business. We are able to send out information and questionnaires to our partners and have great, reliable feedback.

The only thing i dislike is, i am unable to imbed the form in to my webpage, but that may be user error and not jotform.

Jotform allows me to survey community and coalition members with ease

We are one of India's top trivia and quizzing companies. We conduct quizzes at large scale with 1000s of participants for schools, colleges, and corporates. JotForms has become our go-to tool for hosting large scale preliminary round quizzes especially for school students, with auto evaluation of answers. We also use it to capture a lot of registration data.

Nothing major. Some inherent issues for our type of use case - cannot ensure mass participation in an exactly synchronous manner, cannot do OTP based verification of mobile numbers to weed out duplicate attempts.

Ensuring we can capture data seamlessly - we have multiple fields to capture. Also ensuring that we can easily administer the test at scale without any server crash or load issues.

The best part is it comes directly to me, and I can go back and backtrack my forms, which helps keep me organized.

There is not much not to like; it is straightforward to use.

It was much more organized than downloading random forms and sending them to an email address; hence, its in one organized system.
