Excellent support, intuitive and effective user interface. The support team is very quick to respond to requests for help and are even responsive to feature requests. I've been really surprised by the exceptional quality of the support staff. The software really shines with its simple user interface and provides a quality user experience. Many other competing offerings are outdated and clunky to use; Hubstaff is not. You'll love it.

Tracking time our team spends on individual client's projects and on internal projects.
This product syncs with Active Collab, our task management software. We can easily keep track of our tasks and the time it takes to complete them. The system allows us to take screenshots of our team members screens throughout projects to make sure they are taying on task.
Not much, we had a problem syncing this with Active Collab at one point, but a highly skilled support specialist helped us resolve everything

Hubstaff has an easy user interface that's quick and easy way to track your time working on a project or projects. It has the ability to add or edit your tracked time in case you forget to clock in or out, as well as periodically taking and storing screenshots to help you see what you were working on at any given time.
This system is good for us and it's very easy to use. However, it's sometimes difficult to see how much total time an individual has worked on a specific project.
This system has helped us to calculate pay easily, and see who has been actually performing the least when online. We can track overall running time with preset time periods or set your own. This program helps us in tracking productivity and allows working with employees remotely.
The best tool to increase your productivity and effectiveness in the working area and with personal projects. With a simple interface, this tool allows you to take reports through screenshots to your computer activity, in that way you know what you are spending your time on. The main objective of this application is to increase your productivity as well as if you work with long-distance people to monitor their activity too so they don't waste time. It has many tools, such as the location system to keeping track of your work team and view its activity in real time. You can manage your billing within your company and create reports through a single control panel.
The only disadvantage is that if you use it to manage personnel remotely, it must maintain 100% of its activity in front of the screen dedicated to its work, since unwanted personal information can be filtered. Another disadvantage is that it is difficult to configure your time zone.
The facility to monitor long-distance work or personal equipment, and maintain its productivity is effective, saving time and money.

I can easily track my employees time and see screenshots and pay them timely and automatically. Allowing me to focus on me and I get nice reports about their activity levels too, that is very nice!
I like that Hubstaff tracks employee activity percentage, takes screenshots of their screens and integrates with Trello and QuickBooks.
I dislike the scheduling feature. If an employee works their 8 hour shift, but starts early or late, they still receive an abandoned shift notification. Although it's no big deal because we don't have set schedules.
I can benchmark specific tasks across my team to see how much time it takes to complete a specific task in order to coach employees that work slowly or have lower activity levels.
Super easy to use and understand. My staff loves it because it's simple to clock in and clock out without taking a long time.
There's not much I can say I dislike about it.
My employees work remotely and I love the fact I'm able to make sure they're actually working with the screenshots of their screens.
This was the only tool out of 8 that we tried that was setup simply and quickly with no fuss.
Nothing about it is disliked it works well
Having clear expectations with team members that whilst I don’t pay daily attention to time tracking reports it’s there if they give me reason to check it. Benefits are openness and transparency around ways of working
I like the fact that the tracking is very accurate, I only pay for work completed on my project down to the second.
It would be great if more integrations were included at the lower price points. I would be interested in quickbooks and trello integrations and possibly skype included with the subscription service.
Effortless tracking of my virtual assistants. I no longer need to worry about if they are working on my projects or other projects.
