I use this app frequently to attend CLE meetings and seminars. It's easy to use and see all my upcoming events; the calendar integration and reminder function are useful and I rarely miss a CLE because of them. The audio has always worked well for me.

I dislike not being able to mute the volume completely, which is sometimes necessary if I am at work and listening to a CLE.

Very little problems except the inability to completely mute the audio. I am able to attend more CLEs because of this app.

The reporting is great, I also like how fast the recorded webinars become available. We use GoToWebinar for all of our practitioner hosted webinars and typically get between 1000-2500 registrations.

Audiences often experience technical issues, usually regarding sound. There was also one instance where my recording was somehow lost.

It's a great tool for any marketing team who wants to educate and collect leads. We use it as a tool for our educators to teach other practitioners about clinical topics or topics related to business management.

GoToWebinar is so easy to use! We have "guests" frequently on our webinars and there is minimal explanation necessary for them to be comfortable as using the tools (Q&A panel for example) as our team who uses the product regularly. And GoToWebinar enables all of the functionality that we want/need...occasionally, there will be a new need on our team and if it is not something that I have experience with, if I call the support team they are always very happy to take the time to walk me through how to make it happen.

The only challenges we have had with GoToWebinar are that in recent weeks (during quarantine) sometimes right at the top of the hour, we have experienced some challenges getting into the webinar. But with the high volume of online meetings right now, that makes sense and we have easily accommodated it by starting our meetings at about 5 after the hour.

This is a great way to communicate with our customers and prospects. We have used it for years and it enables us to have personal communication, remotely.

The ability to be connected both visually and audibly to my audience is key. I've used this platform to train users in how to use an application, and have had excellent results with sharing our screens, and being able to go back and forth in the conversation.

I don't have any dislikes. It's just fine

The ability to connect from afar to my audience is great. Our footprint is rather large and to travel by car to some of these remote locations is difficult.

I love how easy it is to use. The dashboard and setting up webinars is a breeze. I'm scheduling webinars on a daily basis and don't sweat it because it is so quick. Also, storing the recordings on GoToStage is so helpful.

I think the control panel during webinars could be updated for organizers.

We can reach so many of our clients worldwide with webinars. We are able to use GTW to train and share information to large groups of people at one time.

I like that i can record and playback content at a later time. I also like the fact that the signup process is seamless and easy to understand, it makes online webinar and training a worthwhile experience as well. I like GotoWebinar because its the real deal when it comes to getting commensurate service for money paid.

Quite a number of the functionalities it has can be found i other similar webinar platforms, Gotowebinar needs to further distinguish itself as a leader in the webinar space. They also need to work on the User Interface and design as it looks a bit outdated.

GoToWebinar has been used by my organization to host webinars and training for external clients so as to bring them up to speed with developments in my organization, we have also used it to hold online executive training amongst top board members in my organization. The ease of using GoToWebinar has been astonishing, helping us as an organization meet milestones both in setup and in delivery.

Vi har runt 7–10 webbseminarier varje månad, och vi har också dussintals on-demand-webbinarier som vi erbjuder våra kunder för förbättrade utbildningsalternativ. Jag gillar att det är enkelt att konfigurera det, det är enkelt att dela med potentiella kunder, kunder etc. E-postfunktionen som gör att jag kan skicka e-postmeddelanden, påminnelser etc. till deltagare. Min största fördel med GTW är möjligheten att hålla livesändningar av webbseminarier. Det betyder att potentiella kunder/kunder inte behöver ladda ner några plugins för att delta i vårt webbseminarium, det är en stor vinst för mig; och väl värt priset.

Det finns ett par saker jag har lagt märke till med GTW som är smärtpunkter: 1) Om du massskapar en stor webbinarserie som återkommer och du vill ta bort hela serien, kan du klicka på Ta bort, och det visas en varning om att det kommer att påverka dem alla. Men det gör det faktiskt inte. Så du måste manuellt ta bort hela serien, en efter en. Vilket är en mödosam och lång process. 2) Det har funnits tillfällen då när ett e-postmeddelande skickas med inspelningen av webbinariet, att länken är trasig, så jag måste skicka ett nytt e-postmeddelande med en video. 3) Inloggningsprocessen är hemsk. De byter sin webbplats nästan varje månad, och vi har en delvis distansarbetsstyrka, placerad över hela landet, så vi har flera personer som är värd för webbinarier. Du kan dock inte stänga av ett 2FA-säkerhetsprotokoll, som skickar e-postmeddelandet till en person som kanske inte alltid är i närheten. Jag har sett lösningar för de flesta av dessa saker; de är dock klumpiga.

I love the reliability of GoTo for watching education webinars on my phone.

The sound can be hard to use. If you don't have your phone ringer on, there won't be sound to the webinar. Very confusing.

With GoTo I am keeping up with my continuing education with great convenience.

We converted one of our conference rooms into a fully functional podcast studio. We equipped it with multiple microphones and cameras to properly capture our live presenters. All of our audio gear, panelist laptops, and cameras are all running through GoToWebinar in one stream. Since switching over to this style of broadcast, we've seen higher audience engagement and retainment. With all that in mind, our favorite feature of GoToWebinar is its high functionality at a lower cost then other competing software. The only issue we had when upgrading to a studio setup was that GoToWebinar only allows for one microphone and camera per panelist. The work-around was running all the microphones into an audio interface and using one Organizer laptop to stream all three microphones. Each panelist then hooks up to a separate webcam and mutes their own microphone.

Our goal is to move our prospects down the pipeline, and GoToWebinar has been essential in doing that. We're able to gather information about or prospects through polling questions and Q&A, and after the webinar, we pass all of the analytics off to our sales team for follow up. Overall, GoToWebinar helps us close deals.

Since I started using GoToWebinar, I have noticed how simple the tool really is to use. On top of that, I love that GoToWebinar Tool has an inbuilt dashboard and analytics which helps me in generating reports like Attendees Count, Registrants, sources of joining a webinar and a ton of more insightful analytics and reports. On top of that, you can see whilst holding a webinar, how many are actually paying attention to the webinar.

I honestly cannot think of any negaitives about using the GoToWebinar tool at the moment as I am fully satisfied with it.

I have worked as a Administrative Coordinator for quite some time and I am familiar with the GoToWebinar platform. I was scheduling online and video conferences for my company's managers and our customers. This platform it's very user-friendly, can be learned in an instance, it's easy to manage and does not require IT support or expertise, it is simple to enter a webinar without worrying about any system requirements. The process of signing up and getting started with the platform was very quick and easy. The webinars can also be recorded and watched later. GoToWebinar it's a wonderful tool for spreading knowledge.

I can't think of anything that I immediately wish was different. I've never experienced any glitches while using GoToWebinar and overall have had a positive experience.

It is extremely useful in learning environments such as training where you don't necessarily have to be there physically, or interacting with our colleagues in real time, or interacting with a customer where we have to demonstrate our services. Super cost and time efficient.

I like how easy it is to schedule and produce a webcast. Planning ongoing webinars is a big part of our marketing strategy and the GTW platform makes the process simple. I also like that the platform has a native integration with HubSpot.

Would like some more flexibility in terms of designing the emails and landing pages.

GTW provides our marketing and training team a platform to be able to hold webcasts and one to many group training, which both have big impacts on our profitability.

You can have up to 1000 people tune into a live presentation and send in questions, interact with the presenter and you can record the webinar to share with others.

That multiple staff members don’t get the same level of access

I can use it for sales calls. I'm able to speak with a wide number of people, take questions and save recordings of important presentations.

I love the ease of sign on when using the program. We sometimes have over 100 people in a live video without any trouble.

I dislike the viewing screen for full screen when there is a presentation. I’d like to see both the presenter and the screen at the same time.

This program is a great way to get people from around the world to view a presentation as if they were also sitting in the room together.

It was very easy to connect to the webinar and they even sent a link to a downloaded version to look at later.

I liked that GoToWebinar empowers the facilitator to block out noise from other folks on the call. It seemed easy for them to mute/unmute for questions and discussion.

The platform seems to have a dated look/feel, but that's not a huge problem because it still functions quite well.

This program has revolutionized my web based learning experience. Registration is simple, and the flow of things is self explanatory. There are capabilities that allow the listener to access pdf files if necessary, and even a 'raise hand' function if the listener has any questions. Playback works as efficiently as the live listening option.

The only downside I can note is that if the listener doesn't have a personal office, outside noise can be distracting. That will be the case with any webinar system, however.

I am able to stay up to date with release notes and updates from the AHA, which can occur quarterly.

I like how universal this product is. It's very easy for any person to start a webinar in.

I don't like how you can't include an attachment when you send out a follow-up e-mail. If someone wants the PowerPoint after the webinar. You are unable to send it to them as an attachment. You can only attach the recording of the webinar in the follow up e-mail.

We provide our members with free informative webinars. It's an easy and effective way to keep our members engaged.

Quick and easy download, ease of use. I really enjoyed the interactive elements and clean interface as well.

It was free to download the app on my iPad. It easily connected to participants.
