I have been with Duda since the beginning when they first started out. I like how the site can be custom designed and look any way you want. Most drop and drag sites have set templates that you have to use.

I haven't found a downside that is really critical. Duda constantly updates and improvents, sometimes throwing off the design a little.

Creating websites that my client can be happy with and are built to be found in Google search engines.

I can create a site in half the time of WordPress. My clients love it. Everything is Easy and is getting easier all the time. It is easy to label my client sites, and I have been able to grow my agency with residual income.

I wish there were more native integrations available. i.e. jotform.

I want to provide my clients with a website that is Google-friendly, easy to develop, and will allow them to maintain it if necessary.

I love the user interface - very clean and easy to follow. I've had excellent experiences conversing with a knowledgeable, professional, and cheerful support team. The response time for help in the chat was very quick. I think Duda is a very top-notch and innovative hosting company. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Legacy mobile site (DudaMobile) does not include SSL. Will need to change to a responsive site plan to get SSL. The DudaMobile site was purchased for life (one-time payment). Changing to a responsive site plan requires monthly payments for life. The alternative to set up ssl for legacy mobile site is complicated and may not be possible.

Creating simple, clean and professional websites.

I have been using Duda to build client websites for 8+ years and am constantly impressed with the versatility of their platform. The website builder is upgraded on an ongoing basis and the company listens intently to their re-sellers feature requests. They also provide training and webinars that addresses all facets of website design.

I have no particular dislikes as they have top notch support and Partner companies that provide widgets and services that supplement their product/platform.

The Duda Platform provides an easy to use and versatile way to create websites at an affordable price with all the tools to be creative and build unique websites.

The ease of use, templates and support is exceptional. I can make a quality website in half the time it takes on WordPress, if not quicker. The apps are continuing to improve and in the future I can see it takeing over WordPress without all the WordPress issues that I used to have to deal with.

I don't really have any complaints. Would be nice if we could add footer code in the settings like we can with the body and header. That's just being picky though.

Saving me cost to build each site which increases my profits. Also has connected me with third party Duda experts so when I get to many projects I can hire for a reasonable cost.

Duda is very user-friendly and intuitive. Honestly, I built my first site quickly and didn't even watch a tutorial. The interface is intelligently laid out and easy to navigate. Out of all the No Code solutions on the market, I feel it is the best.

Not much. The platform is stable, and no significant issues. I wish they would have more advanced control with Lottie files. I wish you could upload them within Duda and have control based on page scroll or cursor position.

Duda has cut the development time for sites by half. The starter templates are of excellent quality, and there are plenty of widgets to choose from. Everything looks great and consistent.

Efficency is the key with using DUDA its a DIY platform but also very professional, and they are always improving, adding new stuff, updating and listening to users requests. The idea board is a fantastic idea.

There is not much to dislike and as time goes on it just keeps getting better, 1 year ago I would have been able to say more here but its all been fixed. when ever there is something that I don't like I just put it on the idea board or if it alreadu exixt vote for it.

before we had to be dependant on web developes and be at their mercy, it would take them months to build a website, and 2 or 3 days to make a simple edit on a website. Thanks to DUDA that is not an issue now, I can build an entire website in a few days ON MY OWN, the dev team works faster and when I review I can tweak things myself without haveing to send back.

With you duda you always know where to go or where to go next. The CMS is build in such a logic way, every person will be able to use is. Duda support is always there to support you when neeeded.

Even after working with Duda for over 3 years, I have not found a big dislike. Every time I find a bug and report this, it will be solved in matter of hours/days depending on the size of the bug.

Drag and drop widget in the website, customer support is excellent, as soon as you have a hesitation or a problem, you contact them and they solve it directly

Sometimes, i have some bugs but it's normal, the main thing is that we manage to settle them

I no longer need to code or very little

I love that i'm able to create landing pages in days that take my development team 3-4 weeks, with the same functionality. Customer support is also always on the ball.

At times the preview window vs editor looks different, as well as both of those vs on actual other devices, especially on different browsers/mobile/tablet - would be great to have a way to review/QC that.

Duda is solving our issue of having to manage teams of developers over weeks to develop simple, well designed landing pages that we do in adobe products and generally hand off.

We have had an agency account with Duda for a number of years now and have always found their support to be fast and very helpful. Support has helped resolve a number of issues now normally while we are connected on live chat. very happy with the service provided.

Duda offers a great and easy interface for third party users. Even people with no training or experience can easily edit the site quickly, which is a great selling point. As many receive the site already structured from the numerous layout options, changing only the content is simple for the end user.

In general, Duda's tool is very complete, but I think that the options related to ecommerce, mainly store organization and language customization, leave a little to be desired. In Portuguese, we still have button options that appear only in English.

While our overall experience with Duda has been positive, there have been a few minor drawbacks. For one, the lack of a detailed activity log makes reviewing site updates tedious. Another being the API calls aren't fully exposed, and we'd prefer to be alerted when calls to our webhooks have failed. There also seems to be an image rotation issue when uploading via the API, where specific EXIF data is disregarded, resulting in sideways images. Finally, the ability to maintain site individuality while creating sites en-masse by generating content through AI and still allowing users to edit simply through UI. The use of collections and content injections can create sites quickly but make it difficult for the average-Joe user to figure out how to make changes. We hope that Duda will address these issues in future updates to further enhance the user experience.

Easy to use, along with teaching others who want to get into website development. Plus, all the features duda has may or may not be on other platforms. Not only that, making a website on Duda is insanely fast as well

Some issues like the logic errors I ran into, granted that is something to be concerned about but everyone is bound to have a mistake or 2 in their website that is trying their hardest to make it easy to use along with being consistent

I am having trouble with the logic issue on the product gallery, and they have escalated the ticket, which is no problem to me. I am just glad I can help them catch an issue that may have been there for some time or gone unnoticed for so long. Other than that Duda support is the friendliest I have ever been in contact with!!

Duda's team are always professional, focused on technology development and extremely high level of customer service. This company is constantly developing, as well as helping customers to create amazing products with ease.

There are some limitations to the platform, however it's a DIY editor therefore there's no expectation for super sophisticated solutions. Ecommerce side could be a bit stronger, but they are already working on it.

Ease of use and efficient webpage build process. It is also quick to adapt and SEO pages buit withing Duda. Really like pre-made sections, as well as global styling.

It's not the best for eCommerce, as they are using 3rd party integrations (Ecwid), and their new native system is not developed enough; both are not very good alternatives to Shopify.

Speed and management in one place

Overall, Duda is a powerful website builder that is well-suited for agencies building websites for their clients. We are using it for years to manage our client's websites. There are many best things about Duda and two of them are "100% Uptime" which means no downtime and fast-loading websites. The second is "Top Notch Support". The support is just awesome. They are always ready to help and fix the issue very quickly. I highly recommend going for Duda if you are willing to design websites without coding even a single line!!!
