As a marketing ops leader, I appreciate Drift's ability to integrate with our primary tools allowing for lots of personalization options.

I do wish that they had a library with more ready-made playbooks that could be cloned.

Drift allows us to tailor our message across different sections of our site and collaborate with other teams that we share the website with.

A platform to convert a general query to lead. Also helping in understanding the basic requirements of Customer and assigning them to the sales team in a period of very short time. Lead Development is other feature playing more specific role in terms of being a addon to Marketing platforms.

Drift is super helpful for scheduling meetings with Customers when two or more parties from your Company are involved. Quite intuitive to use: you can create new meeting links in 3 minutes and share them with your Customers so they can find a time that works best for them.

Sometimes I add team members to my meetings and it won't save, so I have to start all over again. And the chat thingy at the bottom of the screen comes in the way of creating a new meeting type.

When scheduling a meeting with a Customer, 3+ people from my company must be involved. Drift makes it possible to match our agendas with the Customer's in an easy way.

I love being able to see which accounts are visiting the website, what they specifically looked at, and the ability to chat with them live.

One area for improvement is being able to incorporate your calendar so that you don't have to automatically set your status on drift

Drift is a very powerful engine to convert website visitors into conversations. Drift has amazing features like drift profiles, meetings, chat bot, videos, live chat with visitors and integrations with many other platforms including Marketo and Salesforce. The Admin/owner view is very easy to understand.

The pricing is very expensive for the platform. The reports and metrics can be more simplified.

I like the visitor engagement with the website and I can see the engagement is increasing a day by day, previously it was a major issue and we struggle a lot to improve it but Drift did it very flawlessly.

Drift is intuitive and robust and has been improving continuously. The help center and resource hub have a wealth of knowledge to offer, so it's easy to onboard and upskill for both the admin and the sales team. I like that Drift is integrated with Marketo and Salesforce, which help us optimize targeting/personalization, and all the reports on playbook engagement and reps' performance. Our team had received great training from the onboarding team at the start and is still getting continuous support from our CSM. The support team is also very helpful and responsive.

The pipeline report isn't always 100% accurate - e.g. the definition of "influenced" and "sourced" isn't very clear and it could be quite different from what we see in SFDC. I would appreciate the ability to export a playbook so that we could share a playbook with those who don't have Drift access and ask for feedback.

We have seen a shortened sales cycle with small deals. It offers a way to fast-track hot leads to the BDR team. Drift is a great way to engage with site visitors especially when they're not sure where to look for certain information. It also does a good job of promoting events and new content.

Drift is always looking for ways to improve their platform. They have something for everyone: self-service if you don't have a sales team, marketing, support, etc. The team at Drift is also awesome to work with. You can tell they all genuinely care about their customers success

I am not only a customer but a partner of Drift and there isn't a lot to dislike about the platform. There are always things to improve but Drift does a great job at prioritizing what's most important to all of their customers and what features to add ASAP

With our Drift, we mostly use it for our culture page and to help people find the right position for them at our company. For our sales playbook, we use it to qualify people for our sales team since we have a very specific ICP

Drift's platform is very robust and offers a lot. It takes some time to underatand the tool and have everything set up, but it is definitely worth the efforts. We really liked the onboarding experience we had with Drift.

It's great that the platform has so much to offer, but it also requires some time and energy to figure out everything. Be ready to have some learning curve. But with the help of Drift's onboarding team, everything will be solved.

We use Drift to engage with our website visitors and try to convert them into leads. We have created different playbooks relevant to the website pages we have. We already see some great results and expect to have even better results, once we start doing optimizations and improve the current playbooks.

Their in-depth knowledge has helped us get more out of Drift. As an added bonus, Drift puts on excellent online events with top industry marketing experts. I appreciate how they continue to help educate marketers not just on Drift but on digital marketing as a whole.

I would like to see them integrate with on-prem Microsoft Dynamics. And although they integrate with Hubspot, the data is stored in custom objects and cannot be extracted out of Hubspot to then be synced elsewhere. That's an area I think they need to do something about. Other than that, I like Drift a lot and highly recommend it.

We are using Drift to enable customers to find what they want fast. We also want to be accessible to customers who want to chat with us and Drift enables us to qualify them first. Our reps picked up Drift very easily and say the conversations they are having are very good.
