I'm hoping for the development of new features to be quicker. They have a great platform to submit new ideas but would like more communication on the timeline of when it will be complete.

Demio has made recording webinars very easy. Our presenters can rehearse as many times as needed and add slides or pop-up prompts. We especially like that we can replay automated webinars. The insights tool is beneficial, and converting registrants and attendees to Excel is easy. Demio is a fantastic tool that has helped us to market to more people virtually with ease.

There is not anything we dislike so far after 2 months of use.

The benefits are that we can have recordings saved and automated so we can schedule any time, even if we have in-person appointments that day.

You can have pre-loaded webinars (PP), they provide high quality slides, same goes voor video's!

I tried a lot of different webinar platforms and Demio by far, was the most up to date of them all. Its platform is incredibly easy to use and very pleasing to look at too. A lot of other webinar platforms are very dated. A major plus for me (because I wanted to set up automated and evergreen webinars) was that Demio allows you to upload your video files directly to it. Other platforms I found force you to do a live recording and use that as your evergreen webinar. Either that or link an existing YouTube or Vimeo video which looks unprofessional and jarring in a webinar environment.

There are a few things I feel are missing from Demio. One is being able to send a replay link to people who attended on-demand or evergreen webinars so they can watch again if they missed it. Another is having the times listed when users register be visible in their local timezone. You can only set a timezone right now. So if you're in a different timezone to the person registering, they would need to work out the actual time of the webinar based on the time-zone displayed. Having said this, Demio have brilliant support and when I flagged this with them, they added it to their suggested improvements area. You can then 'vote' for changes you'd like to see. So I have no doubt these changes will happen in the future.

With Demio, I'm able to create evergreen webinars that run themselves so I can have more time to develop my business in the background. Demio makes that process easy and their customer service is second to none.

There are a few bugs here and there. Also, you have to keep paying to use across the trial version and these new features can be a little more on the pricey side.

If my team and I cannot hold physical conferences it is still good for meeting up and getting our points across in a very interactive way. A benefit I used from using Demio is that you can save your conferences so that you can add them to your portfolio later, which is good for future referencing if you or your team ever needs to pull something back up.

Demio is a solid live webinar platform. We like the feature of having multiple different event types and times.

It's hard to integrate into Hubspot. We use a third party capture form and had to do several zaps to get all data to flow accurately from our form to Hubspot to Demio. It also doesn't have automated texts able to go out to participants, just emails, and it seems like that would be a helpful function.

Demio is helping us inform our leads about our products and solutions at the top of the sales funnel.

I find the integration with Hubspot to be super helpful when tracking leads, and I also love the featured actions within the webinar to engage the audience.

The only downside for us is that we have found a few limitations with the Salesforce integration.
