The time consuming to connect people to a person, for the salesforce integration. Really oftenly we wate time saving info for nothing... so we always need to double check before saving and going to the next task.

Nice graphic enviroment, nice sound quality, very adjustable app, usefull reload button on menu, nice contact search and split from internal & external phone numbers.

Call history needs improvements about contracts with multiple numbers, you don't know from which number calls you. Some problems with connectivity of Jabra headsets, but not so important.

Some connectivity problems with headsets, that some times disconnect without reason. Is very usefull that this proble solved, because without this solution, I have to be logged out for 5 or more minutes.

Registration and recording calls, are very important for our job to recover talks when any problems appear regarding what was committed in the call.

It's a very simple system to use and set up. From the initial enquiry, we were well informed of the process and supported along the way. The support we received all along the way made the system easy to set up and get up and running, all while being at an affordable cost within our budgets.

There's some difficulties when setting up the IVR section and then having to use call recorings. With systems I have used previously, you can add text to the IVR selctions and then choose a voice to read it for you. Other than that, it's a great system.

We need a remote team and then ability to work on the go and CoudTalk and it's app make that very easy, whilst giving us the ability to track productivity of a remote team.

How easy and effective it is to get in and out of calls and log how the call went including leaving notes after each call I make.

Not much to put in here, it does not have many issues that I have experienced as of yet.

The parameters I have access to, the statistics visible, the way calls recordings are easily located. CloudTalk keeps on improving is services, which makes it the best in the endustry.

When there's a call transfered from another agent to me, the call is being recorded in the name of the agent, not in mine. This has issues in the overall stitistics.

The amount of missed calls reduced significantly. the outbound and Inbound calls are easily tracked. It's easy to call back missed calls. And the statistics give a perfect evaluation in the progress being made.

It has many functions that are really very useful for a customer service department. I really like it because linked to "hubspot" you can listen to the recordings and that's very good.

From time to time it has left us stranded due to program errors and we have spent a whole day with communication problems but it is true that the next day it was already solved.

It helps me when it comes to easily finding the contacts that I keep, listening to the recordings and especially the different functions that it has, such as pausing calls with background music, which makes it very professional.

Its features are straightforward and really user-friendly. Because it is cloud-based, I can easily call others when my phone network is not working. The app can be easily installed in my computer too!

Sent messages to people (in my home country) not added to the contacts list do not appear in the messages tab. I also tried sending my local phone number message but I didn't receive any. But I guess I need to further check the inclusions of our subscription.
