Super easy and intuitive to learn. I use it every day for work and have no issues with it at all. Very clean layout and lots of nice features to help easily customize. Support customers no matter where or when they reach out. Easily integrates with other systems like Google and Apple. Best crm I have used to date!
Anything that is to dislike is hard remember and a minor inconvenience at most. They do need an Android app for phones!
Close helps me manage all of my clients with ease and makes following up a breeze! Anytime I need to change numbers I don't have to worry about not receiving information from clients. Easily works well with my Google Calendar and syncs with the notifcations to make sure I don't miss anything.
The Autodialer and the email templates + the KI who transcribes the speech into Text.

It dials fast and it has not all the other fancy bullshit what the other CRM´s have what onlx distracts one from work
Close is really easy to use, once I joined my curreent empoyer I had to use it & never was difficult start on it. One more thing is that Mobile app is as easy to use as the web app.

I love using close! After using so many systems similiar to it this has been the best for us! It has made life so much easier and the customer service is very fast and efficent. I love the easy to naivagate intrastructure and the features it gives us to make our job so much easy. I use it multiple times of the day to keep on track with my leads.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Close Company,it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, I experienced a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. They were only easy-going and relaxed in their approach. Everythign they offered was top-notch.

Minimalistic design, everything is just a few clicks away. Tasks are great. Very good performance. Ability to call/sms/email all together. Automatic reminders for follows if no reply.
Only bug I've found is if the client number is initially incorrect updating it still leaves the SMS option greyed out.

We lead teams of multiple sales reps for many businesses in the coaching/consulting space. While we have tried many different CRM tools across the years like Hubspot, GHL, Clickup, and even Airtable, none even came near to using Close.com. By far the most flexible, responsive, user-friendly interface CRM we've ever used. Highly recommended to any sales reps / sales team managers or leaders.
One thing I'm not so keen about is that it takes a little while to understand and really get the hang of it and how it all works. I've seen some of the people that we're training initially struggle to use it and understand it's multiple interfaces and the way Smart Views work, however once you get familiarised with it, it all becomes a much smoother process.
Definitely the biggest problem Close is helping us solve is our internal sales tracking. Having one centralised space where our closers, setters and SDRs can leave notes on their leads/calls, set FU tasks, and communicate with each other is golden.
It has increased my ability to make sure no one ever falls through the cracks. Secure more deals and create a highly efficient and enjoyable workflow!
I would say just a few minor issues within the build-out and visibility of certain criteria that I enjoyed having visibility over on my old CRM.
It is making sure I never miss a sales lead and my ability to follow-up and close deals increases dramatically.
I like how user friendly the system is and for my line of work the auto dial feature is the best thing. Being able to just dial my whole client base easily.
One thing I don't like about close is the new summary and trascipt feature just being automatiss ca ally opened. Should give an option to open each one individually and not have it floor the entire page.
Close is solving an efficient way to for outbound leads and being able to properly track all the conversations and easily passing accounts to other colleagues.
Close is a CMR very good for maintaining good relationship with customers and managers.It email syncing option is amazing i am able to contact to the people whom i have not heard from a long time.
The main demerits or we can say it need improvement in giving tag or suject to the mails because there are many mails of promotions,discounts,etc if there will be be a suject or tag it will be helpful to read the mail.

Close is a CRM good for sales purpose mainly. It helps to reduce time for dialing as it is having auto dialer feature in it. Communication is easy as we can call, mail and even text to customers by one software only.
Need improvement in the categorisation of mail especially beacuse no tags are given to any mail like inbox contains promotional mails also. Good for Sales only and that is limits its usage. Need improvement.
Support team is very fast and replies to all the issues in less time as comapred to other CRM support teams. Keeps reminding for follow ups with the clients.
