Free plan is a little bit limited, but it's ok. If you need more flexibility you can choose higher plans.

Calendly is one of the simplest software using which we can have prospects schedule a call. It integrates well with Google Meet, and Zoom... and includes all meeting links automatically in invitation emails both to host & prospect. Plus, it saves all the Appointments in my Google Calendar, so I can see all of the appointments using one Single Calendar.

Calendly is not too complicated nor too simple. The UX is incredibly easy to navigate, the complimentary features are helpful, and you can customize basically anything you'd need to customize. My favorite feature is that it syncs with my calendar so my clients, customers and coworkers can easily schedule time with me without having to deal with back and forth and mixing up time zones, driving efficiencies for all parties involved.

I truly don't have any downsides. Every instance I have used Calendly for, the platform has a feature I need it for. Simple yet effective.

Scheduling time with customers, clients and coworkers in a remote world where our time zones are different and our time is limited. Need something that "does the work for me" and by syncing with my calendar and providing a unique link to schedule time for me, including time zones and even an actual meeting invite, Calendly is 100% necessary in my day to day work flow.

Clients can schedule a meeting with me based on my availability. Calendly links directly to my Outlook; I can have different events and add the links to my emails as needed with the Calendly Plugin. I no longer have to send emails back and forth to clients trying to figure out what works for each of our schedules. It saves me more than an hour every day!

It would be helpful to change an already existing event type from group to one-on-one, or vice versa. Sometimes our clients tell me that they don't receive the calendar invitation. However, this could be a user error on their part.

So many features are available to see and choose if I wanted to from the start, many of which I don't need now or maybe ever. There was a slight amount of overload before I could actually sort out what I needed to get going.

This program is so popular and has come to be expected in the professional circles I travel that I was basically forced to put a booking instrument in place. Besides increased credibility, it saves time going back and forth when needing/wanting to set up a time to speak. It also allows people to book the appointment at their convenience, not when we can have a phone conversation or emails to book the session.
