A very easy-to-use interface and excellent tools to setup up email campaigns, template design, import contacts, phone numbers for sms, as well can integrate apps, use via api and best part is once the campaign is run we can see nice stats which gives us clear picture of number of users who clicked , open etc etc.

The best part about Sendinblue is the free for ever starting package. For new businesses is tight and a free entry level is great. 300 emails a day on the free level is great. I also love the template options.

The only thing im not fully impressed with is how to use creating templates but that just needs a little practice on my part.

Personally, after creating the pages for my customers, I entrust the task of sending e-mails or small changes to the text to others; it is very easy to explain how Sendinblue works to dummies! Assistance is fast, kind and prepared. And it is also available in the free use version! I have repeatedly taken advantage of them to deepen more complicated aspects. They even sent me videos to help me understand!

It is perfect for my job. I found no flaws. perhaps the prices are a bit high for the small companies I work with. But it seems to me that the prices are the same as other, if not lesser, platforms.
