I love the campaigns and automation features. It's really powerful. One thing I want to mention is that for me and sendinblue the user interface just "Clicked" with me much better and I "Understtod" it better than some of the other email marketing platforms I have tried. I find it powerful, but not massively confusing and complex. They give you some good basic starters, but you can build from scratch as well. The layout designer works well. I also find sendinblue support response very acceptable in regards to response time, They have not ignored my complaints, but at least acknowledged them, and then tried to help with the issue at hand I had emailed them about. AWESOMENESS- They still offer great deals at Appsumo and other promotions to give people a really happy satisfied feeling of getting a premium product at a discounted price. Thier product from first beginnings (Think free Mautic) has become stronger, and I think they know that if buyers are given a chance to learn how to work the platform, and have a low price while getting past the learning curve, once they do learn the platform, they will see how powerful it is and stick with sendinblue. ALL-in-ALL... I am very happy with my product purchase, and I think I got a great deal, with a highly valuable product. I'm Happy!

I find some of Sendinblue documentation lacking. EG: Domain, DKIM,DMARC, and other type complex or problematic setup issues. They do have documentation on this, but it is basic copy/paste "this should fix your issue." EG: I have a separate domain registrar, apart from my hosting...both have DNS editors. Which domain editor do I use? Then I got errors copying the recommended @ for the name field. Also, special attention has to be given and rechecked; pasting in values or pasting may not create spaces needed—issues like this where it happens to take days getting setup. Would they take the time to be more clear? An in-detail, comprehensive guide or video would reduce call, email, and support tickets for what is, I'm sure a "Repetitive Problem or Question." They are giving a quicker resolution for purchasers of their product and saving them support costs to deal with the same questions and detailed emails that a support document could resolve. One other minor negative is after joining; you have to send a support request for transactional and automation requests as it appears disabled or not included by default. I'm not sure why they implement this additional hurdle for users. But I found it annoying that after registering, paying for products, going though setup that suddenly I get stopped at this point and have to re-contact support to get these features enabled.

Sendinblue has helped me to be able to link and tie in my website with products, services, CRM, email management, and make what starts out as separate working systems and ties everything into a more joined, and automated, smoother business platform. I now have my website, shopping cart, registered users, subscribers, etc... and it is really looking so much more professional end enterprise, corporate-level looking like the huge companies out there. The benefits are that once a campaign, email, workflow is complete, I can clone, modify or re-use it. I can have many emails, popups, or product or give-away offers on my site, and Sendinblue is collecting the emails, responses and moving and shuffling data around as needed without having to do this manually painstakingly.

What I like most is that it allows me SendinBlue to send emails without offering features complex in front of me. Is a disgust that can be avoided with SendinBlue and that before could not be done by traditional mail. That's great. SendinBlue is a CRM that does everything I need and not something else I do not need. When you want to get certain results it is when a practical tool as SendinBlue is necessary. And it was just what I needed for my business needs.

I use my iPhone a lot, so I wish I had an application for these phones. That's because I like to see certain reports as well as the least able to handle basic operations. And regarding the cost, because I also think it is a bit high for a CRM quality. To say nothing bad or negative for this CRM that has very few deep very few things to feel bad about their service. Keep up SendinBlue.

We made a great impression for its ability to manage multiple lists. In addition we liked it because their attention is focused on acquiring emails without manual input. Although their prices are somewhat higher still lower than other CRM that make competition, although they have to do with habits shipping. There's more, because we must also highlight its clean and well integrated with the acquisition of e-mail. It is very pleased to have in the company SendinBlue .

I love it. Its cost-effective pricing and overall generous free plan is ideal for all use cases. This is one of the best services I have ever used. Its served me well. One of the easier setups and, along with that very robust API.

It is extremely restrictive. As a marketer sometimes I have wrong emails or fake emails in my list. Even bounce rate of 1% is enough to make it go mad and restrict my accounts. I believe they have been restrictive. My free plan got restricted to 1/5th its original capacity due to just few unintentional spam mails.

I was using SendInBlue to send various transactional emails, retargetting mails, as well as user win back mails to improve sales at my company along with minimizing costs.

Easy to use, easy to scale and affordably priced. I've used a number of CRM and mailing platforms. If you don't need all the CRM features but want to have emai automation and drip campaigns SendinBlue is a great solution.

There is some delay in launching campaigns to new mailing lists. Sendinblue is very cautious about protecting sender reputation so there is a delay of up to a day on your firt campaign and then up to a hour for subsequent campagins while they scan and review the deliverablilty of your list. In the end, it is for everyone's benefit but if you need to get a messag out in a rush... you can't do it.

It is great for companies that are building their mailing list and need to start small but grow. Unlike other CRMs that charge based on list size SendinBlue only charges based on message volume. As your needs grow you can just pay for the additonal features you need or keep it simple and just buy more message credits.

My favorite thing about Send in Blue is just how easy it has been to use. The reason I originally looking into Send In Blue was the straightforward pricing model that charges you based on emails sent. That makes sense to me, none of this complicated "how many contacts do you have +hidden fees." Once I got set up, it was simple and straightforward to embed an email signup and start managing my contacts. Creating an email is simple, straightforward and easy to use while also being pretty powerful. Most of the tools and information is easy to find, access and use. I originally switched to Send In Blue for my job, and now I am using it exclusively for my personal projects, because its just a no-brainer across the board.

My only complaint would be the email creation system. While it is intuitive and powerful, I think they could go further and provide more options and tools to make more complicated emails. That being said, this is FAR from a deal-breaker for me, and is at minimum on par with the other email services I have personally used.

I think the answer to this question is pretty straightforward. For my own use I wanted to release a game beta I was creating and have people sign up with the ability to contact them regarding updates. While any email service could work in theory, Send In Blue has gone out of their way to help get me set up and lay the basic framework to make it easy and convenient to stay in contact with my new community. It has been really nice to have an email service that I do not feel like I am fighting with, and just simply works.

Sendinblue has an attractive interface and is easy to use. Uploading new contacts is a snap. Building out the automated sequences is simple and straightforward. These autoresponders are crucial to my business success and the templates and editor are great. I also like the appearance of the emails on desktops and mobiles. Most importantly, the email broadcasts are fast and efficient. The subscription cost is incredibly reasonable for the extreme value this platform is offering.

Nothing at all. This is the simplest,easiest and best email program I have ever used.
