Lots of functionality. Does almost anything you need for webinars and online presentations. They offer live, pre-recorded, on-demand and styles of webinar presentations.

Can't start, stop AND restart showing presentations. This is a function of GTW, and it's REALLY helpful when doing a presentation live and you want to pause the screen sharing.

We are reaching a broad audience. Though I'm underutilizing it, I REALLY like the on-demand feature to run webinars 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. I'm able to do impromptu classes with relative ease

I like having the ability to upload videos in the back end and play them when needed. This helps to prevent technical difficulties.

Two minor functions I don't like: 1. The landing pages for the on-demand webinars aren't as good looking as the other templates 2. When I'm doing a live webinar, I have to start and stop the sharing from time to time in order to make changes on the Fly. Big Marker does not allow you to do that. Not a deal-breaker, but a minor annoyance

We've accessed and used a number of webinar platforms over the years. After using one of the bigger webinar platforms for years, I was frustrated by the lack functionality to present sales offers and also to get more interaction on the webinar. After moving to BigMarker, not only are we able to present nice pop-up offers, which was a game changer compared to just a boring link in a comments box with a competitor, but so many more features were helpful too. This included polls, questions, drawing, ease of switching screens, customising pages, including where attendees go after the webinar finishes. These little touches make a big difference to engage and convert leads. I know there is so much more possible with BigMarker, we haven't fully utilised it yet that's for sure.

I have run a few webinars where I get prompted that the connection is not stable enough, but that could be due to my own internet. You cannot share a powerpoint / keynote presentation directly when running a webinar, you need to save presentations as a PDF and upload instead. It's completely fine and workable, just something that you need to be mindful of and remember to do before each webinar (and when I've forgotten it only take a short moment to upload thankfully).

Sometimes people (from the Netherlands) have difficulty with the connection in the meetinspace. So then we have to switch to Skype, Zoom or Hangout. But other than that the webinar feature never gives any troubles for the people here in the Netherlands.

I loved how I could customize the event platform to really make it a branded experience. Specifically, I really liked the 2D lobby, how I could incorporate the ad banner under the main stage, and leverage the gamification features. I also enjoyed how the CSM teams helped us set up the platform so we didn't have to worry about learning the interface.

I found the interface of the platform was not intuitive. It was difficult finding where to make edits or even the naming conventions were tricky since everything was called webinar but I was setting up an event. The integration was also tricky to set up with Active Campaign. I thought I could just set up the whole integration but didn't know I had to go into each webinar to integrate.

I didn't have any big problem. I think I would love to see the gamification feature built out so people can post on social. I think some structured calls with the CSM's will make it much easier to set-up the event. Also, it would be awesome to provide more examples of other successful events so we can maximize the event experience.

Oftentimes there was a lot of confusion between us and BigMarker, and I found the platform to be less intuitive than I'd imagined. I would like to see more customization options as well in the future.
