BigMarker is a one-stop shop... they track all registrations, I can schedule (and customize) all confirmation and reminder emails, and they automatically sync with my email marketing platform. As a small business owner with limited marketing expertise, I get all the bells and whistles that help me create really professional webinars. I love that I can create so many different events: stand-alone events, on-demand replays, automated events that run as if they are live, and even a sequenced series that is designed for sales. Regardless of what I choose, it's easy to set up and execute. Their support team is great too!
My only complaint so far is that I can't segment the audience by the amount of time they watched or attended. I'd love to be able to do this so I can customize my emails at a deeper level. Otherwise, I've been happy with the platform.
I was seeking a way to host large live events / webinars. Facebook Live can only take you so far. BigMarker allowed me to interact with my audience on a much deeper level and actually market to them after the event.

With Bigmarker, we can create all types of webinar that fits our needs. Ie: Live webinar, On-Demand webinar, Automated webinar, Evergreen webinar and 24-7 webinar. What I like most is the feature-rich online meeting space that allows me to create an online space instantly for online meetings, ad hoc presentations and ad hoc live webinars.
Due to lots of features available, it looks a bit complicated in the beginning, and will need to spend some time to understand how things work. However, once familiar with the system, things can be run smoothly.

I really love the user experience, user interface and the ease of getting started with creating webinars with Big Marker. Moreover, it is super versatile and feature rich, it has tons of different webinars from Automated to Live webinars to help convert the Top of Funnel traffic to more engaged audience and convert them.
It has a lot of features, sometimes I feel like I am not utilizing the platform in the best possible way, need a way to catch up with all the new feature releases.
Webinars are a great way to move customers down the funnel. However, creating, setting-up and running webinars can be a difficult task - until Big Marker enters the scene. Its super easy to use and we, webinar runners can focus on the content part of the webinar than the technical aspect of things.
I love how easy it is to use! It helps that I can set up a webinar in advance with all the materials (PDFs, offers). I also really like that I can use a perpetual link for meetings too.
I would like even more design options & templates for the webinar landing pages.

No cons worth noting but I always hope they keep improving their quality is video resolution and immersive features. Big marker is already an industry leader so it should stay innovate and not lose its market position
Big marker solves all problems related to remote work, online events and conference hosting and management. You can have 1-1 meetings or events with hundreds of people. This allows me to increase my professionalism and create an environment conducive to good content delivery
The focus is on webinars. You can tell that the company is focused on performing at an extremely high level regarding webinars. The ability to customize is also helpful and allows the user to create a better experience. It doesn't require a download, which is a huge help for retention.
The UI/UX isn't fabulous on the backend. The front end is good. It cannot be easy to navigate inside the menus as well. Additionally, the price could be better to allow for smaller business to get a larger plan.
Bigmarker is allowing my company to provide easy-to-access webinars related to our company and give our customers direct access to the clinicians. This helps with client retention as well as marketing.
I like products that have multiple features; one of my most favorite features is that any webinar can become an evergreen webinar, a course, or a summit.
It is sometimes too powerful and isn't as quick and simple as zoom, the set up can be a bit long if you want a simple webinar.

What we like most about the platform is that it's all inclusive and it also makes automated processes such as webinars more customizable without the difficulty of trying to figure out how to use it. It's extremely intuitive in the workflow is seamless and at the end of the day you just end up with a better product than a much better experience for the end users attending your events.
We would be excited to see more features roll out faster but that's primarily just because it's such a great product that we're excited to see development continue
Having a place where you can host your audience such as contacts etc and an environment where they can attend an automated event, that has true platform realism and an experience that doesn't get lost in translation.

There is no end of development and integration to be done. Technology is still evolving, and it's good to keep up the integration efforts.
It's solving a big problem between parties, the communication gap. Easy to jump on a call, keep up the branding of your own and, in the end, get a great experience.
The automation tools are top notch and the customisations options of the channel are fantastic
There is quite a high learning curve but the support team are always on hand to help you work out what to do next.

Really great features that have been well thought in implementation. The founder and team is responsive and reachable for issues and suggestions too. And one of the easiest ways for doing webinars over Facebook Lives and Evergreen webinars. I love the recent feature updates such as live webinar widgets to stream directly on our sites and webinar templates. These features make it super easy to setup workshops and events. And with World moving towards hybrid events, Bigmarker now also offers ways to manage it, could be through the new companian app, badges etc while also allowing us to track analytics and more for online events.
Even though on the expensive side, it isn't necessarily a con. The price is because of the features and customer support so it is definitely worth the price tag.
Knowledge sessions through webinars and meeting spaces. Once we get a hang of the features, it makes it super easy to create and manage webinars on a frequent basis. Best of all, it allows setting up automated webinars too - you will be able to create an automated flow of when your webinar begins when a popup offer shows up etc And now with the update of webhooks, we are able to send out the right info from Bigmarker to other tools to nurture attendees and the audience
Oh my! I love the customizations of the platform! There are a good number making it easy to customize for various scenarios - making the tool very versatile! The platform is easy to use and the BigMarker team constantly makes improvements. The fact that you can use the platform for both webinars and meeting is such a convenience! The leadership of BigMarker is amazing! They are so responsive to their user base... I've not seen a more responsive team (and I've seen quite a lot of teams!) They take feedback very seriously and are very open to suggestions from their user base.
Honestly, there's really nothing I dislike. If there is anything you feel that can be improved upon, you simply bring it to the attention of the BigMarker team and they soon implement it if it makes sense! You really can't beat that. The platform is absolutely phenomenal!

For potential clients (prospects), it definitely helps me in creating that 'trust factor' which is essential in any business relationship.
