Great to have all the hr material I need in one spot on bamboo. Employee handbook, Pto requests, pay stubs, etc. Has worked excellently since my job moved us over.

I wish that my employer would fully utilize the features on Bamboo.

Org chart easy access, and employee handbook access

BambooHR has a very friendly user interface whether you are using the website or the mobile app. Having the ability to track where employees clock in/clock out on mobile is a nice feature as well.

I wish the time off feature would let you choose time frames within the day for your time off vs just a number of hours that day.

A consistant on-boarding process and a company wide way to easily communicate timeoff.

Bamboo provides a single organized location for me to access all my work-related important information, providing simple navigation and ease of implementation.

The downside of Bamboo is I don't have it in a personal/life application outside of work:)

Bamboo has solved the problem of our organizational documents, HR info, and pay stubs all being provided on one usable platform that also provides security of confidential information.

Hiring! It's so amazing, recruitment is a breeze with it. And data tracking. eNPS.

I wish it could link with our payroll system

I love that our employees now have access to information without ever having to email or call someone. It saves both them and I time. Our employees express their happiness with BambooHR continously because they can go to one spot to see their paystubs, PTO balances, benefit enrollments, and more. Before BambooHR we were a spreadsheet driven company. Now we have everything at our fingertips. The reporting functions are also amazing.

The only downside I have seen is the challenge with people who do not like to use technology.

I am no longer tracking HR data on spreadsheets and I am using it for Payroll.

The things I like the best about BambooHR is the easy of use, org chart, hiring tab, reports, surveys (satisfaction & wellbeing) and the customer support is truly incredible.

I wish that you could make custom reports with graphs, charts, etc.

It is helping us with onboarding, training, employee tracking, candidate tracking, vacation time, surveys, reporting, and much more.

As a non-HR team member using BambooHR, I've found it to be a game-changer in simplifying various aspects of my work life. I use it multiple times per week. This platform has made it easier for me to navigate through HR processes, saving time and offering a more enjoyable experience overall. I like the task management features as well.

Customization and tailoring of performance review questions not available. I wish this aspect of the system was a little more dynamic and adaptable to our organization's needs.

Bamboo is so user friendly - it's easy for employees to update their information and find everything they need. Reporting is simple

The only downside is that as a web app, I have to log in multiple times per day. I know it's a security feature, but I would like the option to stay logged in for the day.

BambooHR allows me to keep all employee information in 1 place and not worry about double data entry or info being udpated incorrectly.

BambooHR offers a wide and useful range of employee self-management functions, management reports, user record-keeping, and employee information management features and utilities.

Lack of built-in functionality with Intuit products and other ERPs

Employee self-management substantially reduces manager touches on time keeping and document access.

It has a lot of pre built templates for different areas of HR and can also be customised. You can send emails/documents directly from BambooHR. Amazing! I have never experienced hiring and onboarding so easy before now. The PTO administration is superb.

Nothing so far. I love it. But can we have one app for everything? Instead of having a different App for Hiring etc.

BamboHR is primarily helping me maintain my core HR data and personnel documents. It also helps me through the hiring and on boarding process for new employees.
